MemberHello Kiki
Can you check for updates at at Dashboard ยป Updates?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
You might also see if you can spot anyย console errors at your site.ย (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Whenever troubleshooting, it’s best to enableย WP_DEBUGย andย WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
If there’s nothing obvious (such as a console error or WP_DEBUG message) pointing you to what might be the problem, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/.ย
You might find your plugin conflict quickly by using Plugin Detective https://wordpress.org/plugins/plugin-detective/.
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).ย
If you are unable to do so, please install the Health Check plugin so that you can effectively disable all plugins without website visitors noticing any changes. See https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/#troubleshooting for how to do this.
Please share or reshare in your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ as well after your tests so that we can better diagnose the issues you are having.ย
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHey Cindy
Glad you found the answer you needed. I’ll close out this ticket, but if you have further questions, please do post again.
Thanks

MemberThanks Christa! So glad you got this working.
Most of our tools are designed with an end goal fo showing all events on the main calendar at /events. That doesn’t mean you are stuck sith that though. So glad you got this working with shortcodes to get the look you wanted.
Thanks

MemberHey Mike
It seems as if the license for Community Events is expired. Will your developer still be maintaining that for you, or do they (or you) prefer to get your own license for Community Events instead?
The license for Community Events will not impact Event Aggregator‘s functionality. Can you share where you are importing from?
Thanks

MemberHi Akshay
It looks like you may have a few updates available. Event Tickets is up to 4.7.5.1 and Event Tickets Plus is up to 4.7.5. Can you check for updates, then see if the QR API key field is available?
Thanks

MemberHi Alexander
1. Event Tickets is our free plugin that supports purchasing tickets using Paypal for processing or free RSVP.
2. Confirmation emails are sent
3. We currently do not email based upon events created. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it at http://tribe.uservoice.com.
You might be able to set something up yourself using our RSS (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/events-rss-feed/) to your newsletter tool and create a group there just for those that should receive the email.
4. You can set a time for when tickets are available to purchase when creating an event.
5. You can see all registered attendees: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-your-orders-and-attendees/
6. Customizing the email templates is doable, but not without some coding work on your end. For that, see our Themer’s Guide.
I’d suggest getting started with the free The Events Calendar and Event Tickets to try these out and see if you want more features or functionality that Event Tickets Plus can offer.
Thanks

MemberHi Mirja
It looks like you need to set your Google Maps API key. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/
Do note, Google recently changed what it takes to get an API key. You’ll need to have a credit card on file but is still a free service. https://theeventscalendar.com/important-google-maps-api-changes/
Please let me know if that gets the map working again.
Thanks

MemberThanks Hazel. We are eager to get this restored as well. We’ll definitely let everyone know as soon as it works again.

MemberHi Alessandra
Did you get this working? Can you also try to see if the map displays when your site is not behind a maintenance mode plugin?
Thanks

MemberHi Leon
Weโre limited in helping with styling customizations, per ourย Scope of Supportย /ย Terms.
However, you can look into customizing this further yourself by reviewing our Themer’s Guide.
If you’d prefer to hire this out, see Find A Customizer.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Michael
Are you using Community Events? I see you have a license for it on your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ but do not see it associated with this email address.
If you aren’t using it, please just disable the plugin.
If you are using it, do you know what email address was used when purchasing the plugin?
I do see that you have and are using Event Aggregator.
Thanks

MemberHey Luther
Victor’s response is still current information for us. At this time, we do not yet have a way to use recurring events with tickets. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it at https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/3685663-recurring-event-support-for-tickets/a>.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
