My website is not aggregating events. Events Calendar is reporting:
There is a new version of The Events Calendar: Community Events available but your license key is expired. Visit the Events Calendar website to renew your license. You’ll need to renew your license in order to have access to updates, downloads, and support. View what’s new with version 4.5.12.
My license does not expire until October 2018
Thanks

Are you using Community Events? I see you have a license for it on your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ but do not see it associated with this email address.
If you aren’t using it, please just disable the plugin.
If you are using it, do you know what email address was used when purchasing the plugin?
I do see that you have and are using Event Aggregator.
Thanks

Actually, Community Events is supposed to be an active plugin on our site.
Zenman designed our site for us (https://www.zenman.com/) and the lead
developer was Tomas Mulder who is no longer with the company – next steps? Thanks – Mike

It seems as if the license for Community Events is expired. Will your developer still be maintaining that for you, or do they (or you) prefer to get your own license for Community Events instead?
The license for Community Events will not impact Event Aggregator‘s functionality. Can you share where you are importing from?
Thanks

This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
