Not able to create ticket check in app API key

Hi ,

I have both Event Ticket & Event Ticket Plus plugins installed on my wordpress instance , i want to go ahead and start using the QR code check in functionality but i cannot see an option to create a API key under WP Admin > Events > Settings > Tickets tab

It looks like you may have a few updates available. Event Tickets is up to 4.7.5.1 and Event Tickets Plus is up to 4.7.5. Can you check for updates, then see if the QR API key field is available?

Is there any other way i can make QR code scan check in work?

Check out https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-qr-codes-event-tickets-plus/. I still see that your plugins may not be up to date. Do check those. However, the article should be able to help you manage attendee check-ins with any QR code app.
