MemberHi Guillaume
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Facebook recently announced a range of changes (https://newsroom.fb.com/news/2018/04/restricting-data-access) to their APIs (the protocols we use to ‘speak’ to their servers and retrieve event information) which are having an effect on a number of our users.
As part of this, a number of new restrictions were applied to their Events API, which is the specific protocol Event Aggregator uses in order to import events, organizers, and venues. These changes went live with little notice to providers such as ourselves. At this point, it does not seem possible to reliably import any events, even if you created and ‘own’ events on Facebook and have linked Event Aggregator to Facebook using those same credentials.
Needless to say, we are just as stuck and frustrated as our clients on this issue. We will continue to keep you updated through our social channels, blog posts, newsletters, and on https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy and https://theeventscalendar.com/event-aggregator-status/.
We really would like to work with you on this. Would you be interested in a license for the remaining time for one of our other plugins instead of a refund?
If you interested in a refund, you can fill out the refund form https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks

MemberHi John
You can see the features of The Events Calendar in action on WP Shindig Demo Site https://wpshindig.com/events/. (We have many more features turned on on this Demo site than the free TEC plugin offers). You can link individual events to outside sources, like Meetup. Install The Events Calendar and try it out; it’s free. In the event editor screen, look for EVENT WEBSITE > URL.
Do notice our other plugin: Event Aggregator can integrate by importing Meetup events.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
• If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
• If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! 🙂
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHi there Emilio
At this time, we do not have a demo of the back end. However, you can see for a demo of the front end of our products. Check it out at WP Shindig Demo Site https://wpshindig.com/events/.
Read more at: Do you have a demo, examples I can see, or trial licenses?
You can see roughly how the import will work using The Events Calendar‘s free .CSV import option at Events > Imports > CSV.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?

MemberHi Rob
The Events Calendar is our free base plugin that does include manual imports of .CSV files. We do not support automated/scheduled .CSV imports with any of our plugins.

MemberHi Akshay
Check out https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-qr-codes-event-tickets-plus/. I still see that your plugins may not be up to date. Do check those. However, the article should be able to help you manage attendee check-ins with any QR code app.
Thanks

MemberHi Musa
So sorry for the confusion. We sent an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key.
Can you go to My Account » Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin. Head over to Plugins » Installed Plugins » Add New next and select the Upload Plugin at the top of the screen. This should be a .zip file. If your browser has unzipped the file automatically, please check your browser settings to alter that and try downloading again.
You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar plugin active as well. Go to Plugins » Add New » Upload Plugin. Then activate your plugin.
After that, get your license key https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and go to Events » Settings » Licenses to enter it (though very likely it’s already entered when you activate your plugin).
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks

MemberHi Robert
At this time, we don’t have that ability or even recurring events with tickets. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it at http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Please open a new ticket regarding the HTML.
Thanks

MemberHey there J
Our unlimited license is still an annual subscription.
You can purchase any of our plugins (except Event Aggregator ) and use them even after your license expires. You will no longer receive support or plugin updates, but the plugin will work as it last had during your license.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey there
It looks like the most current information on how to do this is still at https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/how-to-change-default-gmap-view-to-satellite-on-events-and-venues-2/#post-884570.
