MemberHello Hans-Gerd
Yes, using the “Other URL” feature, you are able to use categories or tags when importing. A category link would look like http://wpshindig.com/events/category/wp-meetups/ (our demo site).

Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello John
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict. Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates).Â
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHello Brian
While we do not directly integrate with IFTTT, you can try using the WordPress trigger associated with a tag or category. Zapier also has a WordPress trigger and can use the “any webhook” filter that allows for a lot more functionality than most of the other triggers they have.
I’d suggest trying them out with the free The Events Calendar. Events Calendar Pro does not provide additional functionality with either of these.
Is there anything else I can help you with?

MemberHello Ronny
Yes, you would still need WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.
Read more about each option’s features and payment gateways. Our plugin does not directly integrate with Stripe, so an e-commerce plugin is needed for that.Is there anything else I can help you with?

MemberHello Jonathan
I’m sorry the Photo View’s sort order is causing you confusion or poor user experience. Others have had similar feedback in the past.
The Photo View uses jQuery Isotope to output the items in a Pinterest-type grid but not in a rigid row-column type grid.
You can view our Demo Site’s Photo View to compare its sorting to how your site is working.
The events are in order if you look at the top of each Photo View item in relationship to the top of the page (not in relationship to each other). Said another way, if your browser’s address bar is the North Pole, all the Photo View items are in order by the earlier start dates being “more north” than later events.
These 2 screenshots may be of further help:
I hope this clears things up. Please let me know if you are experiencing something different.
If you’d like to see the sorting script improved, feel free to suggest it as an enhancement at our plugins’ UserVoice page.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
If you’re wanting Photo View’s sorting or grid/layout customized for your site, I’d guess any customization would need to be done via JavaScript, not CSS. If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our list of known customizers.
Thanks

MemberHello
I’m sorry to say that isn’t possible. Event Aggregator can only import public events, which would require the group to be public.
Is there anything else I can do to help you?
Thanks

That does seem odd. Are you receiving this message on growlermag.com? If so, there’s definitely something off.

MemberHello Casey
Event Aggregator‘s Facebook Import option can work with public events. However, Facebook is known to limit export access for some types of content, such a bars, events with an age limit, etc. I am surprised that an open mic event would be limited.
In any case, I really wish we were able to help you here. We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.

MemberHello Fernando
The most cost effective way to handle this is to walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key. Deactivating the license on one site will not delete the data, but will prevent you from receiving updates or sending us System Info automatically (requiring you to copy/paste it instead). Then you could get the live site ready before moving data, etc.
The other solution would be to increase your license level to Pro. I believe you’d do well to just deactivate the license on staging instead.

Thanks

MemberHello Farah
Can you share your System Info with us? Possibly as a private reply.
Have you gone through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict. Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Then reenable plugins, beginning with The Events Calendar, Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, your e-commerce solution, then the Community plugins in that order one at a time.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.

MemberHello Kieran
At this time our only export functionality is the default WordPress Tools » Export. However, many have had success with 3rd party plugins that can export custom post types. You could try https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-ultimate-csv-importer/ or another plugin to make that possible. This should work even with our free The Events Calendar plugin.
You can get the RSS of the events with a link like this: http://wpshindig.com/events/feed/ (our demo site). You can read more on various ways to filter the RSS feed at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/events-rss-feed/.
You can automate fully, or at the very least schedule imports from social media to save as draft posts using Event Aggregator.
Check out more of the features it offers too.Is there anything else I can help you with?

MemberHello Allan
I’m so sorry that you’ve found this bug.
Start by modifying what you can at Appearance » Customize » The Events Calendar » General Theme » Featured Highlight Color.
Let me know if that helps. You will be notified here as soon as a fix is available, but the above solution has provided a workaround for others already.
Thanks

MemberHello Juan
About 2 months ago, our plugins began including the license in them when you download them from My Account » Downloads.
Can you try to deactivate/delete and reinstall? If that doesn’t solve the issue, possibly reinstall with no other plugins except The Events Calendar active. Sometimes plugins can conflict.
Let me know if that resolves the issue.
Thanks

MemberHi Logan
You can see a preview of the week view available as the default calendar at http://wpshindig.com/events/week/.
We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes
With the pro version, we do offer the shortcode for a weekly view: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/#this-week-shortcode and more filtering options at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/configuring-the-this-week-widget/#shortcode_options. The options would look like this:
[tribe_this_week layout="vertical"]
[tribe_this_week]

Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
