    I purchased the facebook importer, pro and the filter and unfortunately I don’t think I can get the products to what I wanted to because the facebook importer won’t let me import from individuals, only from fan pages. I’m trying to import open mic listings in south florida and even after importing from different venues, I wasn’t able to sort just for open mics, so I was left with a lot of events that I would eventually have to manually delete and I don’t have to time to do that.

    How can I receive a refund? Thank you.

    Hello Casey

    Event Aggregator‘s Facebook Import option can work with public events. However, Facebook is known to limit export access for some types of content, such a bars, events with an age limit, etc. I am surprised that an open mic event would be limited.

    In any case, I really wish we were able to help you here. We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
