ParticipantWe’re trying to add a Plugin but get this error message: “To begin using The Events Calendar: Community Events Tickets, please install the latest versions of The Events Calendar, Community Events, Event Tickets, and Event Tickets Plus.”
We have the latest updates of all PlugIns.. What to do?

Can you share your System Info with us? Possibly as a private reply.
Have you gone through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict. Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates).
Then reenable plugins, beginning with The Events Calendar, Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, your e-commerce solution, then the Community plugins in that order one at a time.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
