MemberHello Nathan
You can see the full list of options that both the default Tribe bar and the Filter bar offer at our demo site http://wpshindig.com/events/. Filter Bar is the 2nd bar on the top of the page.
Does this help clarify? Specifically, the categories functionality is part of Filter Bar.
Thanks

MemberHello Bradden
Yes it is very possible. Head to Events » Settings » Display » Default view (and just below it is Default mobile view). Select your preference here.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue.
Thanks

MemberHello Willis
Are you able to export the events from the back end as CSV or ICS files?
Thanks

MemberHello Charlotte
I just testing using the Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/ default theme using both the Events Calendar widget under Appearance » Widgets and the shortcode
[tribe_mini_calendar count="1"]
and both methods are displaying the calendar with just 1 event below.
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict. Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates).Â
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHello Tanja
It looks like we resolved this issue in https://theeventscalendar.com/hotfix-events-calendar-pro-4-4-11-1/. You could try testing updates of Events Calendar Pro up to that point and see if that resolves your 2nd bug but still is okay with your initial request on theme compatibility.
We strongly suggest though that all updates are run for the sake of security as well. Outdated plugins and themes can be vulnerable to security issues, among other things.
I do hope you are able to do so soon.
Please let me know how this turns out. I want to see your site working soon!
Thanks

MemberHi Fernando
I see your license is active on holacalgary.com. Should it be active on a different domain?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/ can walk you through the steps to moving the active domain registration.
Does that resolve the issue?
Thanks

MemberHello Callie
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict. Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates).Â
While all else is disabled, please uninstall and reinstall the plugin.
If after these tests, you are still unable to determine the issue, please enable WP_DEBUG and sharing any PHP errors you see while navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket?
Once you share your WP_DEBUG findings, we may be able to get an idea of any plugin or theme conflicts.
Please enable WP_DEBUG on your site. You’ll need to edit to your site’s wp-config.php file and change this line of code:
define('WP_DEBUG', false);to this:define('WP_DEBUG', true);
(or add this line of code if you can’t find mention of ‘WP_DEBUG’ in your wp-config.php file)If any errors do appear while navigating your site’s pages, please copy and paste them in their entirety into a new ticket reply — along with the URL of where you saw the error(s) — and make sure you set it as a Private reply.

If you don’t see any WP_DEBUG messages while browsing your site, could you try temporarily activating the default Twenty Fifteen theme, and seeing if the issue persists.
If disabling the theme fixes it, we have narrowed the issue down to a theme conflict. Do you have any theme overrides for the Events Calendar? If so could you try disabling them by renaming your [themename]/tribe-events/ folder to ‘tribe-events-bak’. Did that fix it?
If the issue persists in the default Twenty Fifteen theme, then we have a different set of debugging steps. Please keep the Twenty Fifteen theme enabled, and also disable any plugins other than the ones from Modern Tribe to see if that fixes it. If it does, please try re-enabling the plugins one at a time until the issue resurfaces. When it does resurface, can you let me know which plugin caused that to happen?

MemberHello Ana
I just tested while viewing your link.
Can you add the following code to your child theme, or in Appearance » Customize » Additional CSS?
.single-featured-image-header img {display: none !important}OR
.tribe-events-event-image img {display: none !important}Either of these methods worked in my testing on your site.
Thanks

MemberHello Peifa
I’m sorry to say we do not have a way to show the recurring series in a consolidated list at this time.
We do have a Themer’s Guide for developers wishing to customize options. It might be possible, but would be beyond our Scope of Support / Terms.
A possible easier solution would be to use the same tag on each event and use the shortcode for Events Calendar Pro that shows an events list of a specific tag.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/#event-list-shortcode
Is there anything else I can do to help?
Thanks

MemberHello Patricia
I’m very sorry we are not able to meet your needs. Is there anything else we can do to help?
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
We’d love to have your suggestions and anything you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
