My events calendar is not working. When I click on my “Speaking” tab, it doesn’t show up? Can you help me with this?
July 12, 2017 at 3:32 am #1319930Terry SullivanParticipantThe Event Calendar link doesn’t show up at the top of my Admin page. The plugin is installed?
July 12, 2017 at 6:15 am #1319964CourtneyMemberHello Terry
I’d love to take a look at this. Can you provide a link to your website?
Also, please share you System Info with us.
Finally, it might help to go through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.ย Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

I hope you can help me. I’m beyond frustrated. I’ve used The Event Calendar
Pro for many years, and it stopped working all of a sudden. I’m a presenter
for a living and now know, one knows where and when I’ll be presenting. My website is buzzpro.com. I deactivated and uninstalled the program. Now
when I try to re-install the event calendar, I get a message “installations
failed because the destination folder already exists.) So now, I can’t even
re-install this. Can you help me, please?
July 26, 2017 at 6:09 am #1326279CourtneyMemberHey Terry
If you can’t remove the plugin by going to Plugins ยป Installed, you’ll need to get in to your hosting area either via FTP or if you have cPanel, browse the file manager and delete the plugin. http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/
Please do send in your System Info and your results from Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/. I hope we can clear this up soon.
Thanks

I will certainly do all I can to help. But before I can assist any further, I really do need the results of your conflicts test and system information. Can you share your findings?
Thanks
Courtney ๐August 5, 2017 at 10:39 pm #1331329Terry SullivanParticipantI had to hire a web-site developer to fix this issue. Cost me a fortune, but I got it fixed. Too bad you guys don’t offer phone support. The emails back and forth didn’t work for me!
