Limit the number of events shown with mini calendar widget

Hi,

I would like to limit the number of events shown below the mini calendar. Even when I change the number to 1 in the widget, I still have 5 events below the mini calendar. I don’t understand why it doesn’t work.

In fact, is it possible to delete this list of events if I don’t want any events below the mini calendar ?

I just testing using the Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/ default theme using both the Events Calendar widget under Appearance » Widgets and the shortcode

[tribe_mini_calendar count="1"]

and both methods are displaying the calendar with just 1 event below.

Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?  I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.  Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates). 

Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.

Hi Courtney,

I desactivated all the plugins, changed the theme and updated The Event calendar plugin.
Now it is ok.

I don’t really know what was th issue but now it is working !
