If I’m using Stripe to facilitate payment do I still have to use WooCommerce?

Yes, you would still need WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.
Read more about each option’s features and payment gateways. Our plugin does not directly integrate with Stripe, so an e-commerce plugin is needed for that.
