    Hello Ted

Could you share a larger screenshot showing more events?

Also, are the posts that are displaying first draft posts?

Are any of the posts displaying first recurring posts?

I hope we can narrow this down soon.

    Thanks
    Courtney 🙂

    Hello Jennifer

I’m sorry that printing doesn’t work quite as you’d like. However, our plugin doesn’t focus on the print layout for the Events page. Could you try out using https://wordpress.org/plugins/printfriendly/ to see if this would help?

Looking forward to hearing how this works on your site.

    Thanks
    Courtney 🙂

    Hello Marcy

There are a few pieces of information that we need to help you troubleshoot this further.

    1. Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?  I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.  Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates).

    2. Would you mind enabling WP_DEBUG and sharing any PHP errors you see while navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket?

Once you share your WP_DEBUG findings, we may be able to get an idea of any plugin or theme conflicts.

    Please enable WP_DEBUG on your site. You’ll need to edit to your site’s wp-config.php file and change this line of code: define('WP_DEBUG', false); to this: define('WP_DEBUG', true);
(or add this line of code if you can’t find mention of ‘WP_DEBUG’ in your wp-config.php file)

If any errors do appear while navigating your site’s pages, please copy and paste them in their entirety into a new ticket reply — along with the URL of where you saw the error(s) — and make sure you set it as a Private reply.

If you don’t see any WP_DEBUG messages while browsing your site, could you try temporarily activating the default Twenty Seventeen theme, and seeing if the issue persists.

If disabling the theme fixes it, we have narrowed the issue down to a theme conflict. Do you have any theme overrides for the Events Calendar? If so could you try disabling them by renaming your [themename]/tribe-events/ folder to ‘tribe-events-bak’. Did that fix it?

If the issue persists in the default theme, then we have a different set of debugging steps. Please keep the Twenty Fifteen theme enabled, and also disable any plugins other than the ones from Modern Tribe to see if that fixes it. If it does, please try re-enabling the plugins one at a time until the issue resurfaces. When it does resurface, can you let me know which plugin caused that to happen?

    3. It would help us if you could share with me a screenshot of your Event Aggregator System Status section which you can find under Events > Help and looks like this:

    Thanks

    Hello Bobby

We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes, as well as widgets built in to Appearance » Widgets.

Would any of these meet your needs?

    Thanks
    Courtney 🙂

    Hello Timothy

That functionality is not built in to our plugin. However, you could use a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/redirection/ to manage that for you.

Is there anything else I can help you with?

    Thanks
    Courtney 🙂

Like Cliff requested on the similar issue thread, there are 3 pieces of information that we need to help you troubleshoot this.

    3. Finally, please send along your System Info.

Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests. If so, and if we have all 3 pieces of information, we can continue troubleshooting this for you.

Hi Anna, I’d suggest using a different email when you submit the form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.

Our return address would be: support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com (without the spaces and brackets).

    Thanks

    Hello Marshall

I’m sorry about this issue with Event Aggregator! We are aware of this problem and a fix is already being worked on, but I can’t guarantee that we will meet your deadline.

Unfortunately at the moment there is no workaround for this issue.

It would help us if you could share with me a screenshot of your Event Aggregator System Status section which you can find under Events > Help and looks like this:

    Hello Melvin

A few tips to help you style your site include:

    1. Start by modifying what you can at Appearance » Customize » The Events Calendar.
    2. Typically, don’t change the theme or plugin’s css files, they will be overwritten on updates. To avoid this, follow the steps outlined in Themer’s Guide
    3. . This will also help you with renaming elements or moving them around.

    4. Use overriding CSS files, or add CSS to your site using Appearance » Customize » Additional CSS.
    5. Use !important before a semicolon to override every css rule. It’s a brute force method, but works for quick fixes.
    6. Please check out this Customizing WordPress #2 – Using Chrome Developers Tools YouTube video in addition to our Using Chrome Developer Tools tutorial on how to easily make changes using CSS.

While modifying locations of elements exceeds our  Scope of Support / Terms, we are happy to review the progress you make as our schedule allows.

Is there anything else I can help you with?

    Thanks
    Courtney 🙂
