    We just paid for an upgrade today. We have the biggest event of our calendar year coming up, and I can’t promote it.

    If this problem is not resolved in five business days, our organization will be asking for a refund.

    Hello Marshall

    I’m sorry about this issue with Event Aggregator! We are aware of this problem and a fix is already being worked on, but I can’t guarantee that we will meet your deadline.

    Unfortunately at the moment there is no workaround for this issue.

    It would help us if you could share with me a screenshot of your Event Aggregator System Status section which you can find under Events > Help and looks like this:
