GuestI was hoping I might interest you in making your product available to small nonprofits at a discount via http://www.techsoup.org. I run a small nonprofit with a very small budget and we can’t afford event pro. We love Event, but our nonprofit can’t justify your annual rates. We hoped you’d consider single license discounted rates through TechSoup or such. I think you’d get a significant bump in name recognition and wider use for your product for word of mouth purposes.
Our little group has one person who does all our admin plus the web. Our events are all recurring, but we get behind without the recurring input feature of Event Pro. We are having to consider moving to something cheaper to meet our needs, but we like your product.
Thanks.

MemberHello Roger
You can apply for our non-profit discount by completing the form at https://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp.
⚠️Please Note: Licenses granted through this program do not include access to support. If you need in-depth support, please consider purchasing a regular license.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

GuestHi Courtney,
I’ve sent two applications in for the non-profit discount — the confirmation page says that you respond to all applications, but it’s been several weeks since I last got in touch, and several months since my first application.

GuestHi Courtney,
I haven’t heard from anyone yet. Should I re-submit?

What email address did you use to submit? I’d like to search for your application.
Thanks

The email address should be [email protected]. Thank you for looking into my application. 🙂

MemberHi Anna,
It looks like we responded to you on February 15th and June 16th. Can you check your spam filter?
Thanks

GuestHi Courtney,
I don’t have anything in my mail +/- 1 day of either of those dates. Could someone contact me again? What email address(es) should I whitelist to ensure that they don’t fall into Spam?
Thank you!

MemberHi Anna, I’d suggest using a different email when you submit the form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Our return address would be: support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com (without the spaces and brackets).
Thanks

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
