MemberHi there Heid
I see where the confusion is. When you have Event Tickets installed, it auto-hides this price field. We will update the knowledgebase article to reflect the update our code has caused.
I do have a solution for you:
Add this snippet to either your child themeβs functions.php file or use the My Custom Functions plugin.Β
add_filter( 'tribe_events_admin_show_cost_field', '__return_true' );
Please let me know if that works for you.
Thanks

MemberHi George
Facebook does not allow imports of any past events. Unfortunately, Event Aggregator will not be helpful for importing these due to Facebook’s parameters.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Robert
I do understand your concern. I brought that very issue up to our marketing department after you reached out. The only plugin that this client used is the very plugin that you purchased. However, they added their own custom code to our plugin to provide the functionality that you were looking for. Our plugin has never had that feature upon purchase. We do have a way to achieve it by also using the Filter Bar plugin, but Events Calendar Pro has never natively had that functionality.
I do sincerely apologize for any way that this seemed misleading.
That said, would you like a refund? We would certainly be willing to offer that to you.
Thanks

MemberHi there
We do not have a direct integration to display events in a carousel. However, our events are technically WordPress custom post types. I’d recommend looking for a plugin that can use custom post types as what is displayed. I do not have any that I specifically am familiar with.
I’m not sure I understand the tribe-bar question. Can you explain that again to me?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/ might help you add our shortcodes to your site. Note: This only applies to Events Calendar Pro.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey there Josh
Before I log in, can you check out your import settings.
Events Β» Settings Β» Imports Β» Import Limit Type. See that we have a do not limit option, but that it isn’t advised as it can affect your site’s performance. You could use this for an initial set up and to test if your site is negatively impacted without limits. I believe this might clear up your issue. Please let me know if it works.
Thanks

MemberThanks for your system info Konstantinos
I do see Event Tickets Plus is activated, but do not see an e-commerce plugin also added.
We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads. Read more about each optionβs features and payment gateways. You’ll need one of these set up and activated to see the +New Ticket button.
Can you enable one of those and let me know if that is what is missing.
Also, please let me know how the testing for conflicts goes after checking on the e-commerce plugin.
Thanks

MemberHi there Heid
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/making-tickets/ might help a bit. I don’t see a +New Ticket button, just the RSVP button.
You would need Event Tickets Plus for showing the price, as well as to activate an e-commerce plugin. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.Read more about each optionβs features and payment gateways.
I do hope this is answering the question. If not, please do let me know. Were you previously able to display the price a different way?
We recently updated our Tickets interface, but the article I linked to above shows what is current.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberNow I’m seeing that to Kate.
I am seeing a few Javascript errors on your site. (Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors) The main issue to address is the Google Maps Api. Can you be sure to add that key to your site and see if that resolves the errors? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/
If not, please head through the Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard Β» Updates).Β
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi George
I am assuming when you mentioned to import events from a page that you were indicating a Facebook page. Is that correct? If so, Facebook doesn’t let us import the past events really. That is set by their own permissions, and not something we can override. However, Google Calendar and others do offer previous dates. Or were you wanting to import events from another WordPress website using our plugins?
Thanks
