Search bar not working

    Hi, I can’t seem to get the search bar to work… I have checked the settings and it’s not disabled, any advice on where to go next?

    Hi Kate

    I’m sorry about that. I visited your site, searched for “cinema” and displayed the results in list view. http://petfriendlyadventures.com.au/events/list/?tribe-bar-search=cinema. I was able to see the search bar working.

    Can you tell me more about what you experienced? What were you searching for? Did you test in multiple browsers? Did you already resolve this issue?

    Ah, Yeah I tried the word search and that works. However the location search doesn’t… So you can’t put in a search for say “Brisbane” without any keyword…

    Is this how the search bar should work? if so, it doesn’t really achieve my purpose. I need visitors to be able to search their location and find events near them…

    Now I’m seeing that to Kate.

    I am seeing a few Javascript errors on your site. (Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors) The main issue to address is the Google Maps Api. Can you be sure to add that key to your site and see if that resolves the errors? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/

    If not, please head through the Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/

    Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย 

    Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
