ParticipantI previewed your demo of NC MUSIC FACTORY as an Events Calendar Pro “favorite” and chose the option to “…Add all the plugins used on this site to your cart.” (screenshots attached). Upon downloading and installing the plugin, I see no option to add the ‘Sort by Venue’ dropdown option which is showcased on the NC Music Factory site. Need help adding this dropdown as it’s the most requested feature desired by our client.

MemberHi Robert
It looks as if that particular site was highly customized. You can see what our default look and functionality is on http://wpshindig.com/events.
We do recommend users with some coding knowledge to check out our Themer’s Guide to make their own customizations, or refer people to Find A Customizer.
I’m so sorry for the mix-up on a feature that you clearly want. We do offer a sort by venue functionality in the 2nd bar on our Shindig site with our plugin: Filter Bar. I know that isn’t the solution you were hoping for.
Another alternative is to create your own menu button to the venue. Go to Events ยป Venues and mouse over a venue. Click the “view” button and use that link anywhere on your site that you’d like.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

ParticipantCourtney,
This is clearly a “bait-and-switch” as your ad clearly states “Add all the plugins used on this site…”
If your resolution is to add the ‘Filter Bar’ plugin, I believe you should supply it gratis as this was how it’s presented ๐
How strange the page link no longer works as I just visited it now per the uploaded screenshot!

MemberHi Robert
I do understand your concern. I brought that very issue up to our marketing department after you reached out. The only plugin that this client used is the very plugin that you purchased. However, they added their own custom code to our plugin to provide the functionality that you were looking for. Our plugin has never had that feature upon purchase. We do have a way to achieve it by also using the Filter Bar plugin, but Events Calendar Pro has never natively had that functionality.
I do sincerely apologize for any way that this seemed misleading.
That said, would you like a refund? We would certainly be willing to offer that to you.
Thanks
