    I made the mistake of purchasing a licence renewal on November the 8th, 2017 (subscription #1378365) using a newly-created account: ‘[email protected]’ for our website: ‘https://askuskelowna.ca/’.

    The original purchase of the Events Calendar Pro was made with the ‘ninag’ account. Can you please cancel the licence purchased through the [email protected] account and create a new licence for the original account ‘ninag’.
