    You could also try to add this snippet to either your child theme’s functions.php file or use the My Custom Functions plugin.

    function tribe_custom_events_message() {
        if ( ! tribe_is_community_edit_event_page() ) {
            echo 'Have an event you'd like to submit? <a href="http://towsonflyer.com/calendar/community/add">Click here!</a>';
        }
    }

    add_action( 'tribe_events_before_html', 'tribe_custom_events_message' );

    Thanks
    Courtney 🙂

    Hey Kristine

    Can you add the following code to your child theme, or in Appearance » Customize » Additional CSS?

    .tribe_community_edit
    .tribe-events-before-html p {
        display: none
    }

    Let me know if that works.

    Thanks

    Hey Lara

    I do see that now in your screenshots, but as these events are today, I can’t seem to make them show. I am guessing your tickets were available through yesterday for purchase.

    While there, I did catch another bug that we have that displays a -1.

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch and we are actively working on a solution for this.  I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now.  They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.  The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.

    Thank you for your patience as we see this through.  Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

    Were you able to test the sold out issue with Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/ and no other plugins except our active? We need to isolate this before we can proceed troubleshooting the sold out tickets issue.

    Thanks

    Hi Shirly

    At this time, we do not have support for recurring events with tickets. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.

    You can suggest it it https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/3685663-recurring-event-support-for-tickets.

    You’ll see this is on our roadmap, but we do not have an exact date planned yet for this.

    Is there anything else I can help you with?

    Thanks
    Courtney 🙂

    Hi David

    It really helps us to better diagnose what might be happening when we have your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/. Are you able to send that along?

    You should’ve received an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key. Did you upload Events Calendar Pro plugin?

    Can you go to My Account » Downloads and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin.  You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar plugin active as well.

    Then get your license key, and go to Events » Settings » Licenses to enter it.

    It looks like you tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.

    Let me know if this works now.

    Thanks
    Courtney 🙂

    Hi Richard

    It looks like this is a duplicate post from https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/add-event-via-front-end-submissions/. I’ll close out this thread and help you on the other.

    Hi Richard

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/accessing-linking-community-events-pages/ might be a good place to start. This will show you where the community add event page is, along with a few other tips to get you going.

    Please let me know if this helps or if there’s anything else I can do for you.

    Thanks

    Hey there

    Can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/?  You mostly need to go to My Account » Licenses and change the sites that the license is associated with.

    Thanks

    Hi Omar

    The Photo View uses jQuery Isotope to output the items in a Pinterest-type grid but not in a rigid row-column type grid.

    You can view our Demo Site’s Photo View to compare its sorting to how your site is working.

    If you’d like to see the sorting script improved, feel free to suggest it as an enhancement at our plugins’ UserVoice page.

    This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.

    If you’re wanting Photo View’s sorting or grid/layout customized for your site, I’d guess any customization would need to be done via JavaScript, not CSS. If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our list of known customizers.

    Thanks
    Courtney 🙂

    Hi Andrea

    Community Events https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-community-events is a separate plugin than Events Calendar Pro.

    If you are looking for user submitted events, you may actually need that plugin instead of Events Calendar Pro. Were there any features of Events Calendar Pro that you needed?

    Thanks
    Courtney 🙂
