Hate to sound dumb but where do I put the PayPal credentials?

I tried to review your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ . It really helps us diagnose what might be happening on your site, so please do send that along.

https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ecommerce-settings/ shows you how to set up an e-commerce plugin. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.Read more about each option’s features and payment gateways. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ecommerce-settings I’m suspecting you might not have that set up yet. Paypal would connect to either of those plugins.

Hello Ken

Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.

Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.

Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates).

Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.

Just in case this might be related to WooCommerce, also check out https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/paypal-standard/ to see if there are any settings that might be adjustable.

Hi Courtney,

It looks like it was the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin that was causing the conflict. I deactivated it and it seems to be working fine now.
