MemberHi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
β’ If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
β’ If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! π
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHi there BΓ©a
The best way to do this is to use Event Aggregator https://theeventscalendar.com/product/event-aggregator. It has an option called “Other URL” to import events from other The Events Calendar powered websites. You would use one site as the primary place to store events and the other site can import them.
We are launching a separate calendar product in a few months that will be embeddable instead of being a WordPress powered plugin. In theory, you could embed this into more than one site. http://m.tri.be/19qc

MemberHi there Teitur
Unfortunately, at this time we do not have that functionality. You might be able to cobble together your own customization to make that work, or hire a developer to implement this. Find A Customizer https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/8391186-reminder-emails-for-x-days-before-event.

MemberHi there
At this time, we have no policy because we do not handle the merchant processing. For that, we rely on website owners also installing an e-commerce plugin. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads. Read more about each optionβs features and payment gateways. We do not actively store records of ticketholders, as that would be entirely stored on the clients’ websites.

Thanks

https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-your-orders-and-attendees/#bulk-actions is our guide to move attendees. Select the ticket holders, then select move, and chose the event or ticket type to move them too.

MemberHi Linda
Events Calendar Pro makes it possible to create recurring events.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/ is our guide to help you set that up.

MemberHi Vernon
How many sub-sites will you be using the calendar on when they are live? This will help us determine which license level you need. Do note, without a mutlisite license, you must update the plugin manually each time.
In Using One License for Live and Dev Sites https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/, we do specify which domain structures that we currently support for staging sites.Β
If your site doesn’t match the criteria, you can still use the plugin.Β You will need to manually run updates, the license may not register (or you could register it there while building and later Move Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/.Β If you need to contact support during that time, please manually send in your System Info.

MemberHi Dave
I see 2 difference license levels on your account for Events Calendar Pro. Which (personal or business) would you like to have canceled?
Thanks

MemberHi J.C.
At this time, we don’t offer a pop-up modal. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
You could use a shortcode in Events Calendar Pro inside another pop-up plugin to possibly achieve this. See: Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes.
We do send email receipts for Event Tickets Plus purchases. However, they are not funneled in to an automated ongoing system. You might be able to achieve that with IFTTT/Zapier possibly, though I have not tried it. You can export your attendees list and import them into a tool like Mailchimp if you’d like.

MemberHi Ron
At this time, you would need to add an ecommerce plugin as well. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.Read more about each optionβs features and payment gateways. Both of these will connect with Paypal.

MemberHi Mike

MemberI forgot to mention, you can do a password reset with the address you used on this thread. Thanks!

MemberHi there Talanda
I’ve reset the login to the email address you shared.
Unfortunately, since this was a public post, I had to delete the license keys mentioned. I want to ensure no one else can get ahold of your new keys. These keys were already expired.
You can still log in with the email address on file, but will need to make the purchases vs. renewing. There is no cost difference for this step.
Please let me know if you need further assistance.
Thanks

MemberHi Roy
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to assist with that refund. Since that is a 3rd party plugin, we aren’t able to assist much with support. You could reach out to the plugin developer at https://eventcalendarnewsletter.com/contact/.

Thanks
