MemberHi Ivan
Sorry for the confusion. You should’ve received an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key.
Can you go to My Account » Downloads and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin. You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar plugin active as well.
Then get your license key, and go to Events » Settings » Licenses to enter it.
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks

MemberHi Nathaniel
Our team has just returned from the annual company retreat and is hard at work getting the help desk queue back to our normal response time. Thank you for your patience in this.
Unfortunately, this is related to a known bug that we are currently working on.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch and we are actively working on a solution for this. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release. The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through. Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks

MemberHi Askan
So sorry for the delay. Our team has just returned from the annual company retreat and is hard at work getting our help desk queue back to a more speedy response time. Thank you for your patience.
Can you share your Facebook events link so that I can test this as well? I will reach out to our developers with this issue after that.
Thanks

MemberHello Ken
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.
Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates).
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Just in case this might be related to WooCommerce, also check out https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/paypal-standard/ to see if there are any settings that might be adjustable.
Thanks

MemberHey there
So sorry for the delay. Our team has returned from the annual company retreat and is working hard to get our help desk back to a more reasonable response time. Thank you for your patience.
We currently do not include the feature you are looking for by default. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
However, we do offer our Themer’s Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/ as a resource for you to customize our plugins to meet your needs. This guide will help you override our functionality without losing your customizations when we release updates.
We’re limited in helping with styling customizations, per our Scope of Support / Terms.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Miriam
We aren’t able to access the staging site. It has a maintenance mode login requirement. Are you able to share that with us privately? You’ll need to reply at the forum link https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/filter-bar-not-showing-on-shortcode/ (not via email) to mark the thread as private.
Thanks

MemberHi Miriam
Our plugins are tested with each other to avoid these conflicts. It is possible, but I haven’t been able to reproduce it nor have we had conflict reports yet from others. That said, when you run Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/ and no other plugins except ours, does it work?
Thanks

MemberHi Erica
Sorry for the delay – our team is mostly away on the annual team trip this week.
I tested the remaining events and they all imported correctly.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
