Dear All
I migrated my WordPress site with the Events Calendar and changed domain name http://events.askan.biz to http://bonnerfoodiekalender.de
– In order to migrate I followed your instructions: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-wordpress-export-tools-to-migrate-events-content/
– I copied my Event Aggregator license key into the new WordPress site, and deleted it from the old one.
– I renewed the connection to Facebook
– The facebook import page and selection boxes worked just fine, meaning I could select what ever needed, in my case it is about import of individual events, not series
– the facebook event import does not work, meaning the “wheel” is turning and turning and turningWhat do I need to to to make it work again, as it worked on the old site perfectly?
January 26, 2018 at 11:30 pm #1437777askansParticipantJust a little remark: the import of the events from the old site to the new one worked really great, including images etc.
January 29, 2018 at 1:25 pm #1439220CourtneyMemberHi Askan
Can you test again now? It can take a few hours after switching your domains for the Event Aggregator server to detect this and allow for new domain imports.
Thanks
Courtney 🙂January 29, 2018 at 1:29 pm #1439230askansParticipantI just did half an hour ago (3 days after switching) and still does not work
January 30, 2018 at 11:28 am #1439984askansParticipantStill not working after 4 days 🙁
Any possibility to solve this problem?February 1, 2018 at 10:04 am #1441882askansParticipantAs it is still not working, I am getting a little worried if the problem can be solved at all. Is there any chance to get a statement on the probability when to solve it?

So sorry for the delay. Our team has just returned from the annual company retreat and is hard at work getting our help desk queue back to a more speedy response time. Thank you for your patience.
Can you share your Facebook events link so that I can test this as well? I will reach out to our developers with this issue after that.
Thanks
Courtney 🙂February 6, 2018 at 11:38 am #1445511askansParticipantI hope you a nice and productive and energizing retreat. Basically I have tested a variety of FB events none of them worked. But, please give a try

I was able to import those events successfully.
If you visit the Events ‣ Help screen and scroll down to the Event Aggregator System Status section, can you tell me what you see – are all indicators green or else do you see any warnings in that area?
Thanks
Courtney 🙂February 7, 2018 at 1:24 pm #1446882askansParticipantThanks for the hint
I am kind of color blind so I cannot see if it is red or green. But what I can see that for whatever reason it says that I have 0 Facebook imports available today.
Does this help you?
Regards
Askan.February 9, 2018 at 12:46 pm #1449392askansParticipantI still cannot import any Facebook Event
February 12, 2018 at 11:56 am #1450965askansParticipantI have not heard from you in a while, and I am getting a little worried. It is now more than 2 weeks ago that I posted the problem, and there is still no resolution despite having given all the requested information. Can I still have hope?
The issue with “0 Facebook imports available today” without me having added anything to the calendar. What do I have to do?
February 12, 2018 at 12:29 pm #1451026CourtneyMemberHi there
I would like to try issuing you a new license key. I’ll send that as a private reply, but you can also find it at My Account » Licenses. I have extended your license by another 6 weeks.
Please use the new license to see if this works for you.
Thanks
Courtney 🙂February 12, 2018 at 12:31 pm #1451028askansParticipantThank you I will test it immediately. Do I have to reconnect to Facebook API?
