How do I setup the export settings to show all the information I see on the attendee list when I create a .csv file?
January 29, 2018 at 1:19 pm #1439211CourtneyMemberHi Dan
Are you looking to create a csv file that you will import into your site? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/ would have examples for that.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

February 6, 2018 at 3:46 am #1444914CourtneyMemberHi Dan
So sorry for the delay. Our team has just returned from the annual company retreat and I was able to check in with others about this issue.
Unfortunately, this is related to a known bug that we are currently working on.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch and we are actively working on a solution for this. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as itโs in the development teamโs hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release. The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through. Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks
Courtney ๐February 27, 2018 at 8:25 am #1464899NicoMemberHey,
Reaching out to let you know we released a hotfix for Event Tickets that addresses the issue with the attendees CSV export. We appreciate the patience while we worked a fix out.
Please update Events Tickets to version 4.6.3.1 and let us know if the fix works for your site. This fix should solve the problem for Event Tickets Plus users as well (no update required to this plugin).
