    I am trying to renew the license for Event Tickets Plus, The Events Calendar PRO and The Events Calendar: Filter Bar
    which has expired. When trying to use my admin email or the former manager’s email on the forgot password site I get the “Invalid username or email.” error. So I do not know the email on file but need it changed. Only difference is our email domain used to be @anitaborg.org and is now @anitab.org.

    Looks like this is our license keys:

    Hi there Talanda

    I’ve reset the login to the email address you shared.

    Unfortunately, since this was a public post, I had to delete the license keys mentioned. I want to ensure no one else can get ahold of your new keys. These keys were already expired.

    You can still log in with the email address on file, but will need to make the purchases vs. renewing. There is no cost difference for this step.

    Please let me know if you need further assistance.
