    I recently took over the site management of http://www.CatelliDuo.com – The license for the Calendar Pro expired back in November and when I try to renew it I get to a login screen and have no clue what the login would be. How I can renew this license without that information?

    Do you know the email address on the account?  If so, I can find the account for you and can then change the email address on the account so that you can recover the password.

    I do not know the email, a third party was managing the site so im guessing it was linked to them. I could give you the license number if that helps.

    Okay, I can try to find the account with the license number.  Do you happen to also have the order number or subscription number?  Also, did you get an email about renewing the license?  Perhaps that has some additional information on it that can help me to find the account.

    I literally have no other information. The site was managed by a PR firm and we recently took it back over.

    The current license # is cc3d7f5c3037648b9c1a7a9bf5a3509857a01883
