Problem with Event Calendar Shortcode PRO license

Hello,
I bought the Event Calendar Shortcode PRO for 1 site, but i try to change the license to another site but it doesn’t works.

I delete the plugin in old website, and upload it in new site, and put the license key but throw an error:
“Your license key has reached its activation limit.”

But i don’t have anything with the Event Calendar Shortcode PRO.

May we help me with this?
How can I watch where this license key is activated?

Hey there

Can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/?  You mostly need to go to My Account » Licenses and change the sites that the license is associated with.
