    Hi there, I have just bought a licence for The Events Calendar Pro, with the only purpose to be able to use the user generated submission forms for our site. I installed the pro plugin and inserted my licence number, however I will have no access to the community events facilities. It is asking me to buy it, though I just paid for the pro version

    Can you please help? What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Andrea

    Community Events https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-community-events is a separate plugin than Events Calendar Pro.

    If you are looking for user submitted events, you may actually need that plugin instead of Events Calendar Pro. Were there any features of Events Calendar Pro that you needed?

    Hi Courtney, thanks for your reply and your kind offer to swap the licence. It is my fault, I got confused with that was on offer. My client is happy to keep the PRO version (as it does a few things that we like) and buy the community add on as well, which I am going to do right now!
