MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this known bug.
Its fix is scheduled to be released soon. Please note, however, that once the fix is released, you’ll need to re-save events to re-generate the recurrences.
I marked this thread as Pending Fix, which means it should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands at this time.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

MemberHi, Kostas. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
The information you use to register your account and make your purchase is where the receipt will be sent. You may also change it at anytime at https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/
After you get the emailed receipt, feel free to open a new support thread (while logged into your new account) to ask for anything additional you may need and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi, Daniel.
Here’s a code snippet that may come in handy as a starting point:
https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/4d4875f93ee9acf08584007c978919a0
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.
Alternatively/Additionally, you could request this as a new feature (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

MemberI see https://www.gmhainc.org/events/ loads just like your screenshot so that is likely the first issue to resolve.
Cliff
MemberOh, sorry, I did find it in Image Widget but not Image Widget Plus.
You can disable Image Widget and run solely Image Widget Plus. Please let me know if you don’t want to do that for some reason.
Cliff
MemberThanks for that additional information.
I don’t see “sp_template…” anywhere in our code so I’m unsure how to assist here.

MemberHi, Michael. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
It sounds like you’d need Community Events, Events Calendar PRO, Event Tickets Plus (ET+), Filter Bar, and possibly Community Tickets.
You may be interested in one of our Product Bundles to save money on your initial purchase.
We don’t have “ratings” for events, although that’s a neat idea. You could request this as a new feature (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.

MemberHi, Lauren.
Are you using our free version of The Events Calendar? If yes, please specify which view you’re using (a link would be helpful) so I can advise.
Cliff
MemberHi. You can go to yoursite.com/events/past/ (example: https://wpshindig.com/events/past/)
Please let me know if this answers your question.
Cliff
MemberI wasn’t able to replicate this exactly, but I was able to find a related bug: https://cl.ly/092C053w403n
Possibly fixing this would fix your issue as well.
I marked this thread as Pending Fix, which means it should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

MemberHi, Colleen. Please explain what you mean by “create a custom template for my images.”
Additionally, would you be able to share an annotated screenshot, screen capture video, and/or relevant URLs to clarify exactly what you’re asking about?
Cliff
MemberHi. I see you purchased Community Tickets today. It is what is currently required to get Event Tickets‘ RSVP to work with Community Events.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.
Cliff
MemberThanks for the explanation. Please link me to an event where it displays as desired and another event where you want it fixed.
