MemberWhere are you using tribe_get_linked_post_types() and please share its output.
That function outputs the linked post types, not the not the posts, if that’s what you’re actually looking for.

MemberPlease complete our Refund Request Form and link back to this thread for reference. Then you can re-purchase from the other account.
Did the snippet help avoid duplicating emails?

MemberThanks for the info. I tried to replicate this behavior but couldn’t with the latest versions of WordPress, our plugins, and EDD.
Is this happening on for all events or just existing events ticketed with EDD or for creating new events and ticketing them?

MemberHi, Justin. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
Event Tickets Plus (ET+) is our paid add-on plugin that upgrades the functionality of our free Event Tickets (ET) plugin.
Event Tickets Plus enables you to sell tickets via one of our supported eCommerce platforms. The free plugin only enables free RSVP-type tickets.
You can view our roundup/comparison of all the eCommerce plugins ET+ supports.
Our plugin uses your eCommerce plugin of choice, but your eCommerce plugin isn’t displayed for shopping pages. Please reference our Making Tickets KB article (screenshots are from an install using WooCommerce) for an idea how to create tickets for an event.
Site visitors would purchase tickets from each event’s single page/view (e.g. http://wpshindig.com/event/events-tickets-demo/) — if there is an RSVP to submit or ticket to purchase.
The order confirmation email will include a QR code that can be scanned to “check in” someone at the door at the time of the event. It could be displayed on their mobile device or they could print it like any other email. You can read more at Tickets: Managing your orders and attendees.
You could also Display a List of Attendee’s Events.
If your tickets will be free, you don’t need QR code check-in, and you don’t need to collect additional information other than name and email address, you likely could just use the free/core Event Tickets plugin.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
February 28, 2018 at 10:34 pm in reply to: How much does the renewing cost for event filter extension? #1466779Cliff
MemberHi, Sara. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
All our prices are annual. There is no renewal discount, and the prices are not grandfathered for past customers.
That being said, we really appreciate our customers and don’t ever try to push them away. We strive to deliver great value and earn each renewal.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi, Anna. It could be a theme or plugin conflict. You might check see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Please note that you posted in our Pre-Sales forum from a user account that doesn’t have any purchases associated with it (or accidentally if you forgot to login first).
If you do have a paid account login with at least one current license, please login to that account and then post in one of the paid forums.
If you don’t have a paid account login, I’m afraid we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our Pre-Sales Forum. If you’re using one of our free plugins, such as The Events Calendar or Event Tickets, you can request assistance on their respective WordPres.org Support Forums (we do not provide technical support for users there, either–only via our paid forums).
Possibly helpful references:

- Our free support forum for The Events Calendar (for bug reports and users helping each other — no usage support provided by us)

Thank you for your understanding and thank you for using our plugins.

MemberHi, Martha.
I see you’re using Yoast SEO.
I believe that plugin has option to set the Open Graph tags for the Events custom post type archive, such as setting a dedicated image for your Events Archive page.
Also, just a heads up that you can test your URLs at https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ so you don’t have to actually put them in your Facebook feed to preview/view them.
Please let me know how this goes for you.

MemberHi, Paul.
Please note that we do not provide styling support, per our Scope of Support / Terms, but here’s a snippet that may work for you:
#tribe-events .tribe-events-list .tribe-events-event-cost .tribe-out-of-stock,
#tribe-events .tribe-events-list .tribe-events-event-cost .tribe-tickets-left {
color: #fff;

MemberYou betcha! 🙂
To be clear, you should be doing the Template Overrides in your active theme (preferably a child theme), not modifying our plugin’s core file. This is so that your customization is not lost when our plugin is updated.
Have a great rest of your week.
Cliff
MemberHi. Thanks for your detailed question.
Please remove the license key from old site > wp-admin > Events > Settings > Licenses tab
Then visit https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/ and remove old site from being assigned that license.
Then enter that license key at new site > wp-admin > Events > Settings > Licenses tab
Please let me know how this works for you.
Thanks!

MemberHi, Liz. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
Our Event Aggregator (EA) product can import iCalendar URLs or .ics files
You could use it with our free version of The Events Calendar (i.e. you don’t need Events Calendar PRO or any other add-ons to use EA).
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberGlad to hear!
It’s rare for this file to change.
I’d only guess it might change on major versions, such as going from 1.0.0 to 2.0.0 or possibly 1.0.0 to 1.1.0, but not minor versions like 1.0.0 to 1.0.1
Really, though, we’d likely mention any template changes in our Release Notes / Changelogs for each version update because we know people would want to update their template override as such.

MemberHi, Pasquale.
Our plugin creates one master calendar, but you can create the appearance of multiple calendars by using Event Categories.
Examples:
- main/master calendar where all the site’s events appear: http://wpshindig.com/events/
- WP Meetups category calendar: http://wpshindig.com/events/category/wp-meetups/
- Learning category calendar: http://wpshindig.com/events/category/learning/
There are additional methods and documentation at our Can You Have Multiple Calendars? KB article.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
