MemberHi, Jason. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
This isn’t currently a confirmed issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups as well as performing modifications first on a staging site before modifying anything on your live/production site.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi. Related events display from this file: /wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/related-events.php
tribe_get_related_posts() is how the posts are obtained. There are a couple filters in there that you could use. For example: tribe_related_posts_args

MemberHi, John. This is a known incompatibility with Outlook because they use a different time zone setting/abbreviation.
I marked this thread as Pending Fix, which means it should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

MemberPlease make sure your “Timezone mode” setting at the bottom of General settings is set to “Use the local timezones for each event”.

MemberThanks for sharing your System Information Report.
Did you re-save your Permalinks settings?
Did you disable all but Modern Tribe plugins?
Which theme did you switch to for your testing?

MemberHi, David.
Good news! We’ve significantly modified our Knowledgebase article about Linked Post Types (previously called Abstract Post Types).
We’ve even provided a working example plugin to get you started.
Please review it afresh at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/linked-post-types/ and open a new support thread if you have any follow-up questions.
Thanks!

MemberRyan, just letting you know we formally-released this as a free extension at https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/allow-only-location-time-zones-for-events/
The code is significantly more simplified than the .zip I previously linked you to. Please delete that other one and use this new “official” version instead.
Please let me know how this goes for you.
Cliff
MemberActually, I was incorrect about that. My apologies.
Please email
asking for a coupon code for your situation and link back to this thread for context.Thank you.

MemberHi, Jessica.
I’ve removed your license key from this thread. Please login to your ‘qbgarden’ account when posting in the future, even if it’s Pre-Sales.

We do not have any demo of the wp-admin area to provide to you.
We use our easy-breezy Refund Policy (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/) for such requests so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
If you want to click around a demo of a site running our add-ons, please visit our front-end demo site:

Event Tickets Plus (ET+) uses WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads (EDD) to process transactions. Our free Event Tickets (ET) plugin recently released the ability to charge for tickets using PayPal without needing ET+ or Woo/EDD.

MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, I’d recommend re-saving any recurring events and see if this resolves the previous/next issues.
Please let me know what you find out.

MemberHi, Janice.
A full site backup of the files and database should be just fine.
If you want to export just the data from our calendar, you can use the native WordPress exporter for Events, Organizers, and Venues post types. However, this sort of exporting would lose the settings in the wp_options table.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

MemberHi, Bruno. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I saw this console error at your 404 page: https://cl.ly/2y213R19090l
(If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)You should definitely resolve that.
To resolve the 404, you might try purging your WP Super Cache or deactivating that plugin.
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
