Setting the times of events based on the Front-End visitors timezone

    Is there a way to have the time displayed on the site changed based on the visitors current time zone? This is different from the Event location timezone.

    For example:
    Mary is CST and is looking at “Basketball Game” which starts at 6pm CST.
    Bob is EST and is looking at the same event “Basketball Game”, but since he’s in EST, the event shows 7pm EST, instead of 6pm CST.

    Thank you. Based on your response I assume this is not something that is natively done with the plugin? Is there anything I can do while this is being implemented or no.

    Correct. We don’t have any functionality here (although I’m personally a fan of the idea!)

    https://momentjs.com/ is the most popular way to accomplish this (and it’s already bundled with The Events Calendar), but I’d guess it’d need quite a bit of custom coding all around our plugins.

    If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.
