MemberHi. Great news!
We’ve released the new and much-improved version of the shortcode plugin that can list Organizers and Venues.
Please check it out at https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/list-venues-and-organizers-shortcodes/ and open a new Help Desk thread if you’ve got follow-up questions about it.
Thanks!

MemberHi, Adam. I am not meaning to frustrate you–my apologies.
Many of our users are not as detail-oriented as you; additionally, our System Information Report does not tell me your “Timezone mode” setting for me to confirm beyond what you stated in your initial message. I asked you to make sure of this because I was unable to replicate the issue.
However, trying again to replicate the issue, I realized I was able to find a bug with it and have reported it to our developers. Thanks for bearing with me while trying to replicate it.
I marked this thread as Pending Fix, which means it should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

MemberHi, Bruno. Thanks for your efforts here.
I’m very glad to hear this good news, but it does sound a bit odd.
So, just to confirm, you don’t need additional help with this issue at this time, correct?

MemberA 68MB database isn’t large at all.
You can download a previous version from https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ (it has a drop-down to select a previous version) and follow https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/ for how to downgrade if you choose to.
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups as well as performing modifications first on a staging site before modifying anything on your live/production site.
Which version(s) work once you downgrade?
Cliff
MemberThanks for understanding, Marie.

MemberHi, Bradley. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
This isn’t currently a confirmed issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
Please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups as well as performing modifications first on a staging site before modifying anything on your live/production site.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberCorrect. We don’t have any functionality here (although I’m personally a fan of the idea!)
https://momentjs.com/ is the most popular way to accomplish this (and it’s already bundled with The Events Calendar), but I’d guess it’d need quite a bit of custom coding all around our plugins.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

MemberHi, Justin.
1)
You can go to wp-admin > Events > Settings > General tab > “Front-end recurring event instances toggle” option
It affects both shortcode and non-shortcode versions.
2)

Cliff
MemberHi.
Are you talking about using Event Tickets (ET) / Event Tickets Plus (ET+) or just the event’s “Event Cost” text entry field?
Cliff
MemberHi. We don’t have such a setting, but you could send yourself a copy of the emails they get.
This snippet sends a copy to the event’s Organizer:
https://gist.github.com/niconerd/16770b84adb6156aaa77948bf208bacb
You could modify it to send elsewhere, such as the admin’s email.
Please let me know how this goes for you.
