MemberYou initially said “Since updating…” so I was wondering if downgrading to the version you had before would confirm which versionĀ did work on your site.
===
To fully delete, first delete all an event’s tickets, then delete the event, then empty the event trash.
If you delete an event, it won’t also delete the attached tickets.
===
Regarding the debug messages about EDD with Event Tickets Plus, when exactly do those errors start appearing — when creating a ticket, adding a ticket to the cart, paying for a ticket, etc?
Cliff
MemberHi again.Ā Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I was also able to experience the Eventbrite Tickets ticket box not displaying the tickets sometimes even without the extension active.
Are you noticing any trends, such as specific browser, certain event(s), or anything else I can try to reproduce?
Cliff
MemberHi. Thanks for your detailed request.
We do not assist with theme styling/layout,Ā per our Scope of Support / Terms.

MemberHi, Jatinder.
It sounds likeĀ Event Aggregator (EA)Ā would work for most or all of what you’re needing.
FYI: Event Aggregator is that it is a service and is already built into The Events Calendar. In other words, there’s no need to install anything new. Simply purchase the license, enter the license key on the Events > Settings > Licenses screen, and that will unlock the importing features under Events > Import.
After purchasing, please referenceĀ https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-aggregator/ andĀ https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-aggregator-import-settings/#other-url-settingsĀ andĀ let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

Have a great one!

MemberHi, David/Sam.
Thanks for the candid message and for using our products. We’re constantly working to improve existing functionality (e.g. fix bugs) and add new features.
We definitely have room to improve our performance (both speed and usability) but I’m unsure what exactly you’re referring to when you say, “…having to update events in a series because of how many are populated.”
Are you talking about the number of events in the future to create for recurrence series — the “Create recurring events in advance for 24 months” setting?
Cliff
MemberHi, Liz. Sorry you’re experiencing this; it’s not a known issue at this time.
You posted in our Pre-Sales forum from a user account that doesn’t have any purchases associated with it (or accidentally if you forgot to login first).
If you do have a paid account login with at least one current license, please login to that account and then post in one of the paid forums.
If you don’t have a paid account login, I’m afraid we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our Pre-Sales Forum. If you’re using one of our free plugins, such as The Events Calendar or Event Tickets, you can request assistance on their respective WordPres.org Support Forums (we do not provide technical support for users there, either–only via our paid forums).
Thank you for your understanding and thank you for using our plugins.
These troubleshooting steps might prove helpful:
Please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions:
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts GuideĀ (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups as well as performing modifications first on a staging site before modifying anything on your live/production site.
If it doesn’t, please enableĀ WP_DEBUGĀ andĀ WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).

MemberHi, Kalipso52.
We don’t have any integration information about that plugin.
You can try the free/coreĀ Event Tickets (ET)Ā plugin, and, if that works to be able to create RSVP-type tickets, then you can purchase theĀ Event Tickets Plus (ET+)Ā upgrade to be able to create WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads (EDD) ticket types.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Cliff
MemberHi. I see you purchased both (2 separate orders). I refunded PRO but not ET+.
Your money should be back in your account within a week or so.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

MemberHi, Felicia. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
Our ticketing product doesn’t currently support PRO’s recurring events.
If you start to create a ticket for a recurring event, there will be a little question mark notice that reads:
Currently, tickets will only show up on the frontend once per full event. For PRO users this means the same ticket will appear across all events in the series. Please configure your events accordingly.
You should add your vote to this existing feature request for Event Tickets to support PRO’s recurring events.
Something some users are doing right now is using PRO’s recurring events to populate their events calendar but then breaking each occurrence from the series to turn them into single events — basically using PRO as an event generator but not actually using its recurring events functionality on the front-end. Others are just dealing with the tickets on recurring events even though you can’t then tellĀ which occurrence they reserved the ticket for… use this information for your own reference but please don’t take it as any sort of recommendation.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
