MemberHi, Rene. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Please get in touch with your web host to identify why your hosting disk space is full.
Until that is resolved, ours and any others can cause weird behavior and have inconsistent error messages.
Thank you.

MemberHi, Dawn. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
This isn’t currently a confirmed issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups as well as performing modifications first on a staging site before modifying anything on your live/production site.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
March 15, 2018 at 2:26 pm in reply to: Community Events plugin works with free Events Calendar? #1480602Cliff
MemberHi.
Yes. You can buy Community Events (CE) without needing Events Calendar PRO, but we do have Bundles if you’re interested.
If you have both PRO and CE, users will be able to create recurring events and use PRO’s Additional Fields.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberThanks for confirming. And, yes, this thread is still in Pending Fix status.

MemberEach software handles iCalendar files its own way. I don’t have Outlook to test, and different versions of Outlook may operate differently.
Our .ics files would be read by Outlook just the same way as any other iCalendar file from any other source.
If you have Outlook and want to test, you can get the iCalendar exports from our demo site: https://wpshindig.com/events/

MemberInstead of doing a template override in addition to whatever customization you’re already doing, I’d recommend using the action hooks.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/simply-show-hooks/ can be handy to discover the action hook you might need (third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us). Although it’s old, I find it still works.

Cliff
MemberI did see this console error at your site: https://cl.ly/1C3r3M111a2C
(If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)Still, this is a separate issue from what was originally reported and bug logged here — that the shortcode doesn’t respect the default view setting.
Please create a new thread if you need assistance with anything separate.
Thank you.

MemberHi, John. Sorry you’re experiencing this known bug.
Changing
$this->joinClause .= " INNERto$this->joinClause .= " LEFTis what worked for me. It’s what it used to be but was changed for some reason.I know this isn’t a long-term solution, but it might also work for you (untested and may cause problems and will be lost on each update until this bug is fixed).
I marked this thread as Pending Fix, which means it should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.
March 14, 2018 at 10:16 pm in reply to: Event Aggregator – Will it import event ticketing info? #1479712Cliff
MemberHi, Anthony. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
1)
Event Aggregator (EA) cannot import tickets from one site running Event Tickets (ET) to another.
2)
If you’re asking about importing from one site running The Events Calendar to another site running The Events Calendar, then you could choose to import that other site’s Event Category iCalendar feed.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi, Tatiana. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
We have several such pages on our site:
Other than bookmarking or printing these for your records, we do not have any agreement for you/us to sign.
Once you make a purchase, you’d be able to obtain purchase receipts and license keys in your account: https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/ (link won’t work until you’ve made a purchase)
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
1)
iCalendar files (.ics) are static, not dynamic. Once you import an iCalendar file, it does not stay updated.
2)
Event Aggregator (EA) does keep imports updated, and you can choose whether or not modifications made in WordPress get overridden by the outside source.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
