MemberThanks for letting me know the issue is resolved. Any idea what the cause / confusion was?
Please note that each forum thread should be specific to a single issue.
I can tell you, however, that tickets show up as WooCommerce Products in wp-admin but not on the WooCommerce Shop / front-end.
Again, you’ll need to open a separate thread for your email question. I’d suggest testing it again. If necessary, it might help to follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Thanks.

MemberMark,
Thank you for posting! In this forum we try to keep our threads focused on just one user’s problem. This ensures that we are addressing your specific problem instead of a general group one, and not possibly missing anything unique your situation.
Please check your Downloads and License Keys pages to make sure you’re on the latest versions of all plugins and, if you still have the issue you described, please open up a new topic here about your issue.
If you could please detail in your own words exactly what your problem is (instead of just linking here), that will go a long way toward helping you get this issue resolved as fast as possible. I hope you understand our reasoning here and do not mind this extra step, we have just found it serves our users best.
Thank you.

To that end, would you mind opening up a new topic here about your issue? MemberHi. Thanks for your question.
I would recommend putting something in your custom details.php file — like
echo "Marina details.php Test";— to help you determine if the file is actually being loaded (same suggestion for other files).FYI: The top of each template file — e.g. /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/modules/meta/details.php — typically contains a comment about the format for template overrides, like the following for the file mentioned above:
Override this template in your own theme by creating a file at:
[your-theme]/tribe-events/modules/meta/details.phpSo that can help you make sure you’re placing your override files in the correct locations.
Please review this information and let me know if you have any follow-up questions. I’ll be happy to help.

MemberHi. Thanks for your question and the screenshot.
Here’s what I see on my default/testing install with Twenty Fifteen theme:

In other words, there’s no date whatsoever in that field so I’m not certain where it would be coming from.
Also, I saw this in the Chrome Console at your site’s Events page:

I know you don’t want to switch themes, but my suggestion with the information I have is to please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this. (Hopefully it’s a plugin issue and not a theme issue, or something in your theme’s functions.php file that you can comment out to test.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi Adam.
You posted in our Pre-Sales forum from a user account that doesn’t have any current support licenses associated with it.
We don’t answer support questions for Events core/free or PRO add-on in the Pre-Sales forum.
If you made your purchase(s) through a different user account, please login to that account and then post in one of the paid forums.
Thank you for your understanding and thank you for using our plugins.

MemberSorry. I didn’t see a way to “private reply” either… hmmm. Maybe try replying without sensitive information in the message (e.g. “test”) and then EDIT that reply and see if there’s a checkbox for something like “Mark this reply as private”.
I hope that works for you. Thanks for trying.
Cliff
MemberThank you.
I was wanting a view like this: http://cl.ly/0r240K3w461Z
Basically, I wanted to check if your ticket(s) have a start/end date that may make them unavailable to be purchased or might have zero inventory left. But you should be able to double check that stuff yourself…
I tested your test event again and the RSVP seems to work just fine. It’s the Woo Ticket that you’re having an issue with.
Here are some ideas:
- Try creating a new ticket and see if that one allows you to purchase it (even if it’s free). Make sure there’s enough quantity to allow a purchase and doesn’t have restrictive start/end dates to disallow its purchase.
- Please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks. Hopefully we’ll get to a resolution quickly.

MemberExcellent. Thanks so much for letting me know. 🙂

MemberSorry you didn’t get the answer from them I expected you would. I don’t want your time wasted at all.
I visited http://cst.edu/ and it seems your calendar widget coloring is pretty well customized to your site. Did you figure it out or do you still need my assistance?
If you do need my assistance, please tell me exactly what you want changed and what you want it changed to.
Thank you.

MemberSorry, I should have specified I need the screenshot in English.
And thanks for some of your system information.
I hope to be able to help more once I see your wp-admin Event edit screen in English. You can either temporarily switch your WordPress general language settings to English or just use Google Chrome’s translation feature.
Thank you.

MemberMichael, please let us know if you have any updates.

MemberYou’re welcome! 🙂

MemberSorry that happened, Susan. Thanks for letting me know the issue is not resolved.
Would you please provide me screenshots of each untranslated item you notice, along with its corresponding URL so I can determine which template file(s) I need to investigate further?
You can choose to set it as a “private reply” if you prefer.
I hope to be able to answer your question soon. Thanks for your help with this!

MemberI’m not exactly sure how ordinal indicators (e.g. st, nd, rd, th) are handled for translations, but one thought is maybe you could try switching to another language (https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/the-events-calendar/stable and http://translations.theeventscalendar.com/projects/tribe-events-calendar-pro both say German is currently 100% translated for The Events Calendar core and PRO, respectively) and seeing if the ordinal indicators still do not get translated.
If they DO get translated for another language (e.g. German), then it’s not a coding issue of making the string translatable.
If they DO NOT get translated for another language (e.g. German), then it might be a bug in the code that I can narrow down further and report to our developers. If this is the case, please provide me screenshots of anywhere you notice it not translating, along with the URL for each screenshot (so I can determine which template file is in use).
Thanks for your help narrowing down this issue!
