    I added event ticket for woocommerece, however when I add one ticket to cart, it turns out “sorry , you cant purchase this item” (something like this meaning in chinese, my website is in chinese)

    so, problem is , I cant sell ticket using event ticket plus, plz help~

    Hi Kit.

    Sorry you’re experiencing this.

    Please send me a screenshot of your wp-admin post editor of this event’s tickets area.

    Also, would you mind grabbing your system information and pasting it here? Make sure to use the “Set as private reply” checkbox to protect your private information from the public.

    You can find the system info by going to WP Admin > Events > Settings > Help tab > System Information section — or by going to [yoursite]/wp-admin/edit.php?page=tribe-common&tab=help&post_type=tribe_events#tribe-system-info

    That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.

    Sorry, I should have specified I need the screenshot in English.

    And thanks for some of your system information.

    I hope to be able to help more once I see your wp-admin Event edit screen in English. You can either temporarily switch your WordPress general language settings to English or just use Google Chrome’s translation feature.

    Basically, I wanted to check if your ticket(s) have a start/end date that may make them unavailable to be purchased or might have zero inventory left. But you should be able to double check that stuff yourself…

    I tested your test event again and the RSVP seems to work just fine. It’s the Woo Ticket that you’re having an issue with.

    Here are some ideas:

    1. Try creating a new ticket and see if that one allows you to purchase it (even if it’s free). Make sure there’s enough quantity to allow a purchase and doesn’t have restrictive start/end dates to disallow its purchase.
    2. Please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

    Let us know what you find out.

    problem solve. but another problems come

    1. I have created 2 tickets, however it is not showing on woocommerce shop: http://nationalarts.ultramarathon.cn/shop/

    how can I show the tickets in shop?

    2. I did not receive email after my completed purchase, how to get the check in email?

    Thanks for letting me know the issue is resolved. Any idea what the cause / confusion was?

    Please note that each forum thread should be specific to a single issue.

    I can tell you, however, that tickets show up as WooCommerce Products in wp-admin but not on the WooCommerce Shop / front-end.

    Again, you’ll need to open a separate thread for your email question. I’d suggest testing it again. If necessary, it might help to follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
