MemberThanks. I’m feeling like one now! 😉
Glad to help!
Cliff
MemberQuentin, your code:
add_filter( ‘tribe_tickets_plus_hide_attendees_list‘, ‘__return_true’ );
only applies to displaying the Attendees List (those who have opted-in).
There is not currently a filter like ‘tribe_tickets_plus_hide_attendees_optout‘
Sometimes we offer CSS solutions because users are uncomfortable with PHP snippets, don’t want to override something via the Themer’s Guide, or speed of implementing a solution is important and they’re comfortable with CSS.

MemberHey, good news! Thanks for the update.
Cliff
MemberHi. We offer Bundles at a discounted rate, but we do not have readily-available coupons on individual products.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberThanks for the update. Have a great one!
Cliff
MemberI’m glad we finally got to the bottom of things. Sorry it took me so long to understand exactly what you were wanting.
Have a good rest of your week!
Cliff
MemberThanks, spool.
This thread will be updated once the fix is released.
Thanks for your patience.
April 19, 2016 at 5:04 pm in reply to: Cost Displaying as a Range Instead of Specified String #1104633Cliff
MemberHi. Please read our Creating an event article, starting at “Next, let’s look at the event cost fields:”
This field is a numeric field, not a string. It’s apparently trying to interpret your string as best it can by snatching all the numbers from your string.
To get the cost range display that you might have seen on other sites, you’d need our Event Tickets Plus plugin to add multiple different tickets and then the “$120-$150” range will be displayed accurately and automatically.
I hope this info helps!

MemberHi. You posted in our Pre-Sales forum from a user account that doesn’t have any purchases associated with it.
We don’t answer support questions for Events core/free or PRO add-on in the Pre-Sales forum.
If you made your purchase(s) through a different user account, please login to that account and then post in one of the paid forums.
Thank you for your understanding and thank you for using our plugins.

MemberHi Bart. Sorry you were experiencing this, but I visited both links and everything seems to be working just fine.
Has this issue been resolved?
Cliff
MemberHi Michael. Thanks for your purchase and the link to your site.
I know some X Theme users have experienced some issues in the past, but I’ve played with it a few times and am not familiar with any current incompatibilities.
I browsed your site and didn’t notice anything obvious about it “not working”: http://cl.ly/0j2f0h0j1Y2i (short video)
Please let me know if there’s something specific you’re noticing and wanting assistance with.
Thanks!

MemberHi Douglas. I see you have purchased PRO and have not purchased Event Tickets Plus — so I’m not understanding your swap request. It sounds like you have what you want…
You can view your current licenses at https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/
Let me know if you need anything else! 🙂

MemberHi Mark.
This is a known issue that we will be fixing.
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release. I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

MemberHi Jake. Our Event Tickets Plus add-on plugin has the ability to collect Attendee Information:
However, there’s nothing specific to the number of tickets added to an order. The Attendee Information will be requested (if setup) even if there’s just 1 ticket purchased.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi Jake. Thanks for your recent purchase, and I apologize for any miscommunication our sales pages caused (feel free to point out anything you think could be clarified).
Please reference the documentation for our plugins’ widgets or shortcodes.
You might be wanting functionality only available as part of our PRO add-on.
Community Events is for your site visitors to submit new events to your site’s calendar.
I’m looking forward to hearing back from you.
