I meant if one of your blog posts itself (e.g. https://rondainfinita.info/bases-del-concurso-del-cartel-la-feria-fiestas-ubrique-2016/) works with oEmbed. For example, if you put that link within a blog post, does it oEmbed like if you posted a link to http://wpshindig.com/event/startup-happy-hour/2016-06-03/ ?

Those wp-admin login credentials didn’t work for me again.

Regardless, if the theme provider includes our plugin(s) with their theme, we cannot provide support for that other than suggesting you make sure (ask them) that their packaged/included plugin(s) of ours are at their latest versions and are not modified in any way.

If they are modified, they’ll need to be the ones to resolve the issue(s), or you’ll need to switch to a theme that doesn’t modify our plugins if you’d like to receive our support.

As stated in our Scope of Support / Terms, we only support WordPress default themes like TwentyFourteen, TwentyFifteen, TwentySixteen, etc.

I know it’s frustrating being stuck between two companies’ support policies, but we cannot provide support for how other companies use or modify our products.

That Dropbox link didn’t work for me, but I saw the 2 attached screenshots.

Those WP_DEBUG messages do not show up for me.

I’d suggest making sure you have the latest versions of all our plugins. If you’re on the latest versions, I’d suggest deleting and re-installing fresh versions. I’d start with The Events Calendar free/core and if that doesn’t solve things, continue with Community Events and the rest.

Sorry you’re experiencing these issues. Please let me know how things go.

    Thanks.

I noticed console errors at your site, such as http://cl.ly/3l3W3C1o0M1c

If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.

Also, could you please see if your Posts work with oEmbed? If your Posts work and your Events do not, then we have issues with our plugin(s). If your Posts aren’t working either, then it might be an issue outside of our plugins.

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

The last paragraph of my previous reply pretty much says it all. Sorry I cannot provide more information.

My best guess is that the issue is with function tribe_events_get_widget_event_post_date() at /wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/functions/template-tags/widgets.php

That’s as much assistance as I can provide at this time. Again, my apologies for this bug.

    Rika,

I browsed your site to see if I could find instances of the Events List widget listing events out of order. This is what I found per category around 6pm Central Time:

As best I can tell, ALL of the widgets displayed the proper upcoming events.

There was even an Adult Lap today from 4-4:45pm Central Time and that event had already passed even though it just finished only about 1 hour before I visited the site.

Please forgive me if I’m not fully understanding or seeing the issue.

If you think the issue is still occurring, please point it out in my screenshots or provide some of your own and specify when they were taken.

    Thanks a lot!

Thanks for all that information. Could you please provide me the URLs you’re trying to embed and any information about where you’re trying to use them (e.g. in another WordPress installation’s blog post or in a text widget or anywhere else)?

    Thank you.

    Tom, thanks for that information.

We’ve discovered that our Eventbrite Tickets plugin fails when using Eventbrite’s “group registration” is enabled.

The fix is to either update the code to accommodate this Eventbrite feature or to at least hide the tickets box (or maybe link to the event to buy tickets directly from them) instead of displaying an error.

Thanks for helping us discover this issue, and sorry again that it’s not working as desired.

I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release. I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

    Thanks for that additional information.

Since we don’t support such a setup (groups/membership-based pricing), I think this is unfortunately one of the times we have to say you can submit a feature request, but I can’t provide customization help to resolve the issue you’re wanting addressed.

Please search for / add a new feature request at our plugins’ UserVoice page to support group-based pricing for Event Tickets Plus.

This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.

Feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.

Glad I mentioned it to you then. You actually have a license to it as a previous WooTickets customer.

For sure, you should switch to that sometime this year.
