Dan and George, this CSS snippet should solve it until fixed via a future update:

    #tribe-events-footer .tribe-events-sub-nav {
    height: 100px;
    }

You can add custom CSS code via your child theme’s style.css file or via a plugin like Simple Custom CSS or, my favorite, Jetpack. Jetpack supports regular CSS and the LESS and Sass pre-processors.

If you’re not a CSS expert, Jetpack’s Custom Design reference may prove helpful.

Please let me know how it goes for you.

Hi Marian. Thanks for the detailed information, but I’m not understanding what you mean by TAB 1 or TAB 2.

Could you provide some screenshots for me?

    Thanks!

You bet! I’d guess this fix will come fairly soon for you. 🙂

I’d suggest buying Filter Bar and testing it with/without PRO to see if any of PRO’s features help with your Filter Bar implementation (such as PRO’s Additional/Custom Fields).

If/When you decide you’d like a refund for one or both (if they just don’t meet your needs), yes, you’d just submit that refund form. (Make sure you’re within the limited time period.)

I tested that blog post URL and that Event URL and the first worked and the second didn’t: http://cl.ly/361B1q3Y0k3Y

Therefore, it’s something with The Events Calendar.

Please set your theme back to TwentySixteen and then try the https://rondainfinita.info/evento/caminito-del-rey-en-tren/ oEmbed again.

If that doesn’t get it to work, please disable all non-Modern Tribe plugins (still with TwentySixteen theme).

If that doesn’t work, please send your system information report again with this setup before changing things back (if you must change things back).

Please also let me know what your WordPress Language and Permalinks settings are and if you have any code customizations or language customizations (i.e. custom translations).

Thank you for helping me try to discover the issue for you.

You are correct that PRO does not include Filter Bar (unfortunately a more common misconception than we’d like — sorry if something made you think this).

Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

    Hi Amir.

    Thanks for your question.

I believe I understand what you’re asking for, but we’re limited in helping with customizations, per our Scope of Support / Terms. However, I can try to help point you in the right direction.

The only output from our calendar is in iCal format, which would then need to be interpreted/parsed by Google Calendar’s iCal reader. In order for our calendar’s Additional Fields to tell Google Calendar to do something special with that information, you’d either need to customize the iCal export’s data (a customization) or you’d need to otherwise change it (a customization) in order for Google’s iCal parser to do the desired action (e.g. import at some custom datetime).

If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our list of known customizers.

I hope this information was at least helpful to you conceptually.

Please let me know if you think I can be of further assistance.

Hi Glenn. Thanks for your question.

Please reference Display a List of Attendee’s Events and let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

I believe it only works for RSVP tickets right now (i.e. not e-commerce tickets, like from WooCommerce or EDD).

    Thanks!

    Hi Stefan.

Thanks for your question and your business!

Here’s all the documentation about using one of our plugin’s widgets or shortcodes.

However, I believe what you’re asking for has nothing to do with shortcodes.

Instead, you want to know how to add a link to your site’s calendar in the wp-admin Menu builder, correct? This screenshot should help you understand how to do it.

FYI: If you enable Pretty Permalinks, that URL will be http://www.berlinbeerweek.de/events/ instead of http://www.berlinbeerweek.de/?post_type=tribe_events

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

Hi. Thanks for the screenshot and for sharing this with us. It is a known bug that we’re already working on fixing.

I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release. I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

Hi Kezie. If you’re wanting to add the Filter Bar plugin, there is an option to make it appear next to the calendar display, but it’s not a true WordPress sidebar or widget.

    Reference: http://wpshindig.com/events/ –> http://cl.ly/1g472M3b342m

If you’re asking about creating an actual WordPress sidebar area and displaying it on your site, that’d be outside the scope of using our plugins and be specific to the theme you’re using. Some themes make this happen via coding while others have a visual/GUI way to layout your site’s pages (header, footer, content area, sidebar).

If you think I misunderstood your question, please provide any screenshots or additional information so I can better help you.

    Thanks!

    Hi Jessie.

    Thanks for the details.

Does your wp-config.php file force SSL Admin?

If not, I’d advise adding it and then trying again because the admin-ajax.php script will then load via HTTPS instead of HTTP (which is just a guess that this may be the issue).

If it’s still not working after forcing SSL Admin, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

Hi Pieter. Thanks for your question.

I can strongly advise against editing any of our plugin files.

Instead, I’d suggest using wp_enqueue_script (as long as you use noconflict mode) and hooking into the tribe_events_mini_cal_list_inside_before_loop or tribe_events_mini_cal_list_inside_after_loop action (or a better-suited one depending on your needs).

If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our list of known customizers.

Please let me know if you think I may be of more help.

Hi Gene. Thanks for describing your issue.

Would you be so kind as to record a screencast/video or at least provide some screenshots so I can best address this?

You may choose to set your reply to “Private” if you don’t want the links to be as publicly-accessible.
