MemberHi Cori. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi Philippe.
In this forum we keep our threads focused on just one issue to ensure we answer each question. Please keep this in mind for the future and start a new thread for each unrelated issue. Thanks for your understanding.
For the first issue, please reference our two WPML knowledgebase articles:
and let me know if you still have questions.
For the 2nd issue, please create a separate thread.

MemberHi. Thanks for all the information.
We reply according to our Scope of Support / Terms. There is no one-on-one support. We only provide support via the forum, where you can expect at least 1 staff reply within 24-48 hours (internally, our aim is 24 hours) during the workweek.
1) Could you please explain how you implemented the “export 1 year of events” snippet? For example, did you put it in an MU plugin or add it to your theme’s functions.php and then all the sites run that same theme, or another method? If not running the same theme on each of your sites, please explain if this could be reason for the difference between sites.
2) Are you saying the exact same iCal URL (say from sub-site #3) put into the iCal Importer on multiple other sub-sites (say into sub-sites #2 and #4) are importing inconsistently?
3) In your latest reply, you mentioned 3 of 4 events imported. Was the 4th event possibly in the past (based on the date you used in the iCal Importer date search (that gets automatically populated with today’s date)?

MemberHi Steven.
Please reference our Stylesheets and page templates KB article. It states that all those additional page templates are from your theme.
I’m not sure why selecting one of your theme’s options displays as another.
When I tried a theme from WordPress.org that has multiple page templates, I selected one of the templates in the middle (not the last in the list), and it displayed as expected.
Therefore, please consult with your theme’s support on this issue.

MemberAlthough the Event Rocket plugin is third-party and not guaranteed (and says it is no longer supported), deleting all your data should work if you follow these steps:
- deactivate all Modern Tribe plugins
- install and activate Event Rocket
- go to wp-admin > Tools > Event Data Cleanup
- run the cleanup
Please let me know how it goes for you.
Cliff
MemberAshleigh, please click the “This plugin” link in my previous reply. It’ll give you those options as widget areas. Let me know how things go for you.
Cliff
MemberWe typically don’t login to customer’s sites to change and try things. It might be helpful for you to delete all your Ultimate Member settings and start from scratch with that plugin’s settings (it might be easier to just try on a brand new fresh install). Please let me know how it goes.
Cliff
MemberGotcha. Thanks for clarifying. The “This plugin” link in my previous reply will do the ticket for you!
Let me know how it goes.
Cliff
MemberHi. Please visit your License Keys page and deactivate the site it seems to be activated on and then your license key should be freed up to activate at the site you’re working on now.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Cliff
MemberHi Ashleigh.
I believe you’re referring to what’s at the bottom of wp-admin > Events > Settings > Display tab
Although, it should work as you’re describing.
However, you could add some custom CSS to hide it. Could you please link me to your site where it’s displaying but you don’t want it to and then also provide a link where it’s displaying and you do want to leave it there.
(FYI: This plugin also exists, which might be helpful to you now or in the future.)
Cliff
MemberHi Tony.
We have something like this available at the bottom of wp-admin > Events > Settings > Display tab
This plugin also exists if you’d instead prefer to use one or more widgets.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi Bryan. Event Tickets Plus does add the Attendee Meta functionality to Event Tickets (yes, even free RSVP tickets).
There’s not a “repeating fields” type of field to use for the Guest 1 <Add another>, Guest 2 <Add another>, Guest 3 <Add another>
If, however, you just want to have 4 static fields, for example: Phone#, Guest 1, Guest 2, Guest 3 — and they could leave Guest 2 and 3 (or even Guest 1) fields blank if they’re not bringing a guest, then that would be possible with ET+.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great refund policy so it’s safe to buy and try for a short while if you want.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Cliff
MemberHi VividImage.
No, that’s not how it should be working. Here’s an example from my local testing site: https://cl.ly/1u0Z211F2k3d
If your site’s not working like this, please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins are updated and then follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide.
Let me know how things turn out.

MemberHi Sean. Thanks for your detailed question.
I installed Pods version 2.6.6 and had it and TEC PRO active and couldn’t replicate the issue you reported.
However, I saw you’re running WordPress version 4.3.5
Please update your WordPress to the latest version: 4.5.3Please also update The Events Calendar to its latest version and let me know if things work for you.
