Conflict with ultimate member

    Hi,

    My Ultimate member User page does not work unless I turn off all event calendar plugins.

    I’ve seen a few other forum posts of people using both plugins without an issue so it must be something in my settings?

    Please note I have a coming soon page active so in order for you to have a look i’ll have to give you a log in.

    Hi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

    I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps:

    Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

    Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

    If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide — basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins — and then activate only the plugin(s) you think may be conflicting and see if it really is just that plugin.

    It could also help to enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and note any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.

    You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

    Thanks for the advice i’ve found nothing wrong. I’m completely stumped.

    Would you be able to take a quick look if I set you up with a login?

    We typically don’t login to customer’s sites to change and try things. It might be helpful for you to delete all your Ultimate Member settings and start from scratch with that plugin’s settings (it might be easier to just try on a brand new fresh install). Please let me know how it goes.
