MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I tried it on my local testing site and couldn’t replicate the issue. We also haven’t had reports from other users. Therefore, I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi Fabrice.
Thanks for your question.
Could you please provide a link to a sample page so I can look further into this?
Cliff
MemberHi Tres.
If a user is a WordPress Editor or Administrator, they should be able to edit any of the events via wp-admin.
However, if you’re wanting such users to be able to edit via Community Events front-end form, that may require customized coding to accomplish this. I don’t believe we have an existing code snippet available to provide to you at this time for this.
You might benefit from a plugin like User Role Editor (or others like it), but we don’t provide support for using such a plugin.

MemberHi. Thanks for your purchase, and I’m sorry you’re experiencing this.
From your system information report, it looks like you’re using the latest versions of WordPress core, our plugins, and WooCommerce, which is great.
FYI: I visited your link and it was a 404 error.
Since we haven’t been seeing this error reported by others, I’d suggest following some of our recommended troubleshooting steps:
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this. I know you said you don’t want to do this, but it is recommended. Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode, if you try it).
Please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket. I would definitely try this because the ET+ tickets get created/edited via Ajax so enabling WP_DEBUG_LOG should come in handy here if there actually are errors generated.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.) You may see them at the wp-admin Event edit screen.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
September 5, 2016 at 8:29 am in reply to: Allow users to edit their organizer or location submissions? #1160011Cliff
MemberHi.
I’m not sure how feasible it is, but, personally, this sounds like a great idea.
You could request this as a new feature (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.
FYI: I found this related idea that you might also be interested in voting for.

MemberHi GP.
You posted in our Pre-Sales forum from a user account that doesn’t have any purchases associated with it.
We don’t answer support questions for Events core/free or PRO add-on in the Pre-Sales forum (such as how to customize the email address, like you’re requesting).
If you made your purchase(s) through a different user account, please login to that account and then post in one of the paid forums.
Thank you for your understanding and thank you for using our plugins.

Regarding purchasing our PRO add-on, it’s an add-on to our free/core The Events Calendar plugin, which includes the Month View. The PRO add-on adds a Week View, Map View, support for recurring events, additional fields functionality, and more! But if all you need is a calendar with Month View, you could probably just use the free The Events Calendar plugin.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Cliff
MemberHi Kate. Could you please provide a link to the code snippet you’re using and to your site’s Map View and an annotated screenshot of what you’re seeing there (the “Event” not changing text so I know where to look on your site)?
Cliff
MemberThanks. Once you send that, I’ll try to replicate the issue with the exact address(es) you send over via screenshot — and you can also copy/paste the address here too 🙂
Cliff
MemberSure thing.
The Events Calendar (TEC) free/core plugin is required for all our add-ons…
… unless it’s Event Tickets Plus (ET+), which is an add-on for our free/core Event Tickets (ET) plugin.
So you’ll need TEC regardless of whether you buy PRO, Community Events, or both.
I hope that clears it up!
Cliff
MemberSure thing. Have a great week!
Cliff
MemberSure thing!
Cliff
MemberRitama, thanks for letting me know you were interested in PRO’s renewal pricing. I cannot guarantee what the renewal pricing will be one year from now, but as of today, the renewals are discounted 30% to $62.00.
And the reason it’s called an upgrade is because it is an add-on to our free The Events Calendar plugin.
I hope this information helps!

MemberThanks for the extra information.
Unfortunately, I could not reproduce this issue on my local testing site – with a custom post type of my own making or of the one created by the Events Manager plugin you’re using. I was able to publish a new Events Manager event and add an RSVP ticket to it without any issues.
I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps:
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
