ParticipantI am having multiple issues with this plugin after installing a brand new copy.
1. WooCommerce ticket types do not save after editing.
2. Wrong total price showing during checkout.
3. Error after Adding to Cart on event page: Catchable fatal error: Argument 1 passed to tribe_array_merge_recursive() must be of the type array, boolean given, called in /home/fireline/www/www/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/Tribe/Meta/Storage.php on line 97 and defined in /home/fireline/www/www/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/common/src/functions/utils.php on line 14
Sample event page: http://www.firelinetraining.com/class/test/
NOTE: This is a live site so I cannot disable plugins and change themes.

MemberHi. Thanks for your purchase, and I’m sorry you’re experiencing this.
From your system information report, it looks like you’re using the latest versions of WordPress core, our plugins, and WooCommerce, which is great.
FYI: I visited your link and it was a 404 error.
Since we haven’t been seeing this error reported by others, I’d suggest following some of our recommended troubleshooting steps:
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this. I know you said you don’t want to do this, but it is recommended. Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode, if you try it).
Please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket. I would definitely try this because the ET+ tickets get created/edited via Ajax so enabling WP_DEBUG_LOG should come in handy here if there actually are errors generated.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.) You may see them at the wp-admin Event edit screen.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberMary, thanks for your information.

It looks like you did everything just fine to do Testing for Conflicts Mode. Could you please record a screencast video of the issues you’re experiencing?
You can record and share a video screencast with us by using one of these or an alternative:
You may choose to set your reply to “Private” if you don’t want the links to be as publicly-accessible.

ParticipantCan’t you just go to the link I provided and do it yourself? Unless you have already done so and you aren’t getting the same issue…
http://www.firelinetraining.com/class/metro-fire-2016/
Add “1” to any of the ticket types, fill out required information and click “Add to Cart”
If you don’t see the error, then I’ll do the screencast.
Thank you.

MemberI did not see the error adding the $189 ticket to the cart. It was also $189 in the cart, not a different price. Please try it while you are logged out (like in Firefox if you’re logged-in in Chrome).
I thought you were also having issues editing tickets in wp-admin Events editor.

ParticipantOK. I was able to get the Add to Cart to work when using Firefox and not logged in even with all plugins and themes re-activated. I am still having the same issue in Chrome on Mac, even when not logged in and the plugins deactivated and 2016 theme.
Seems like it could just be a Chrome issue?
Thanks for your help.

MemberMary, I tested on the latest version of Chrome (which is Version 53.0.2785.89) on my iMac OS X 10.11.6
Here’s a video of my testing: https://cl.ly/3G3R2X363u3u

ParticipantI rebooted Chrome and ran an update and that seems to have fixed the issue on my side. I am also able to edit the prices and see the prices being correctly summed up.
My only other question would be for users who may be using similar browser configurations that may get errors when adding to cart. At this point, it seems like it may be an isolated incident, but we would like to make sure that people trying to buy the tickets are not getting error messages.
Any suggestions or solutions you could provide would be great.
Thank you!

MemberI’m very glad to hear you’re no longer experiencing this. Since I wasn’t able to replicate the issue, I’m really not sure how else to be of help — no additional suggestions.
I hope it all works just fine going forward though!
