MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps, attempting to recreate the issue each step along the way:
It looks like you’re already on the latest versions of WordPress core and our plugins, which is great.
Please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberAre you on the latest versions of WordPress (4.6.1), Elegant Themes framework (what version of which theme?), and all our plugins? The system information report you submitted with your initial post didn’t have most of the information I was expecting in it, but I did see from your screenshots that you have 8 updates to-do.
Our Fix Divi theme pagination problems plugin may assist with your Elegant Themes framework (even if it’s not Divi) if part of the issue is that number of posts per page setting.
For example, at the Photo view of an Event Category on our demo site — http://wpshindig.com/events/category/tech-meetups/photo/ — there is no “Next Events” link because it loads ALL upcoming events within that category all on the first page.

MemberThanks for understanding our Pre-Sales support policy.
You’re on the right track, trying to get the free/core The Events Calendar plugin working.
When you said you tried and weren’t able to, please explain further. Feel free to include any links, annotated screenshots, or screen recordings that you think might be helpful.
Then I’ll try to help based on that information.

MemberKimberly, what customizations did you add and how did you add them?
You shouldn’t lose any customizations to your existing theme if you switch to Twenty Sixteen, see if it works, and then switch back to your existing theme. Of course, every setup is different and I can’t guarantee that you don’t, but if all WordPress standards are followed, there shouldn’t be any loss of data or settings or customizations.

To be clear, are tickets not showing up for ANY event or just THIS event?
If the former and you do try switching to Twenty Sixteen and then tickets do work, I’d suggest asking your theme developer why tickets aren’t showing up.

MemberHi Aldo.
I’m glad you purchased PRO.
Here’s what I see at your Events page: https://cl.ly/35043g1D2m0E
So it looks like you got things working as you desired.

MemberRupert, your account only has purchase history for Events Calendar PRO, not for Eventbrite Tickets. I provided a helpful initial reply nonetheless.
Whether or not you had an Eventbrite license on this account, I’d suggest asking Eventbrite’s support how to get to the public URL for an event from the Eventbrite ID.
I hope this information helps. 🙂

MemberKristian, as I stated before, the way multisite works, there’s only a single “users” database table that applies to the entire network.
Additionally, you have a Community Events Personal license and not a Multisite license for our support on this multisite-specific topic.
I believe you’re either wanting something that isn’t part of multisite functionality or we’re just having a bit of miscommunication.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

MemberGotcha. Thanks for clarifying.
You should reference our Themer’s Guide to override this file: /wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/widgets/modules/single-event.php (which gets used by this file: /wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/widgets/list-widget.php)
Alternatively, you wouldn’t need the Themer’s Guide and you can instead use one of the action hooks in that single-event.php file.
the_post_thumbnail() is probably the function you’d want to use to output each Event’s featured image.
Please let me know if you need any additional assistance.

MemberIngo, here’s a video of my local testing site’s implementation of this code snippet: https://cl.ly/2p0v3n0l141A
Please review it carefully and then share your thoughts/findings.
Thank you and sorry again you’re experiencing this frustration.
September 30, 2016 at 3:03 pm in reply to: Need help with QR scanning of RSVPs, not working yet #1171257Cliff
MemberJack, thanks for detailing your experience here.
What you said is working (but taking too long) is what’s required to check someone in.
Basically, you have to visit a special URL to check someone in (QR code scan or manually clicking the “Check In” button); that’s the only way to do it. If your site’s wp-admin area loads slowly or your mobile device is on a slow internet connection, these will slow down your process. If we didn’t require the visit to the wp-admin area, anyone with any QR code reader could scan it to get to the link and accidentally or maliciously check themselves in (which could cause issues at the door’s check-in with you).
Understanding this, do you have any specific suggestions / requests for this process?
Cliff
MemberYeah!
Great to hear. Kudos.
