MemberHi Cynthia.
Sorry to cause you confusion.
I don’t believe that KB article has been updated for an enhancement we rolled out a few months ago.
Basically, if your enter your license key on a site domain that is ‘localhost’, ends in ‘.dev’, and a variety of other site domains, it will “work” but it won’t actually appear as a registered site in your licenses / registered sites at https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/
Please let me know if this clears things up for you.
Cliff
MemberHi Dorothy.
I’m glad you were able to figure this out.
To be clear, Event Aggregator is a service built-in The Events Calendar core/free plugin.
And your license key for it and all your purchased products is available at https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/
I hope you have a great rest of your week!

MemberHi Nathalie Paul.
Thank you for your interest in our Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus products.
I believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests: Tickets attached to emails as PDFs
Please do add your vote there.
This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Cliff
MemberIngo, could you please provide me a link to the Single Event that has the ticket(s) so I can see where the “Normal for” is coming from?
FYI: In our forums we keep our threads focused on just one issue at a time to ensure we fully answer each of your questions/issues. Please keep this in mind for the future and start a new thread for your additional questions from this thread. Thanks for your understanding.
Cliff
MemberSince that works, yes, I’d recommend dequeuing and then enqueuing like you suggested.
Please let me know if I can help further here.
Cliff
MemberHi.
The ticket email comes from this file: /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/views/tickets/email.php
Please reference our Themer’s Guide if you want to customize that file’s output other than using its action/filter hooks.
There are no shortcodes, but you could create your own.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.
Cliff
MemberSorry you didn’t get the email notification. Did you get this one?
Please let me know how things go for you.

MemberSam, WordPress.com is Automattic’s hosted WordPress.org platform. They do not allow any plugins and only a few themes are available to choose from.
So, in short, yes, you need to run the WordPress.org software on your own server (hosted with whomever you choose, like Pantheon, WP Engine, GoDaddy, or many other options) in order to use our plugins.
Since it’s self-hosted software, you or your developer(s) can customize it for whatever you want to accomplish. If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers. And, since it’s self-hosted, you have the database, files, and can create your own backups or transfer your site from one host to another.
Our Scope of Support / Terms detail what support is available and the expected response time. We do not have “VIP Support” or other support levels available for different contact methods or quicker response times.
Regarding your other thread that hasn’t yet received a reply, please provide me a link to it so I can figure out what happened there.
I’m looking forward to answering any other questions you may have.
Cliff
MemberSorry I misunderstood your question.
The strings you asked about are here: https://github.com/moderntribe/event-tickets/blob/4.3.1.1/src/views/tickets/orders-link.php#L45-L46
The language files for Event Tickets is at /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/lang (publicly visible at https://github.com/moderntribe/event-tickets/blob/4.3.1.1/lang/event-tickets-fr_FR.po#L58-L64)
Additionally, https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/event-tickets/stable/fr/default exists if you want to get involved there.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.
Cliff
MemberYou bet. I’m glad I could help.
Have a good rest of your day.

MemberThanks for clarifying, Ben.
I’m assuming your sidebar is generated from your theme or some other way outside of the single-venue.php file, in which case there isn’t an easy way to implement this. However, it could probably be done by creating your own shortcode or other custom code.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.
Please let me know if I can look over some code for you if you get stuck.
Cliff
MemberGotcha.
Please read through our Fix Divi theme pagination problems KB article and let me know how that works for you.
Cliff
MemberMichael, I’m sorry you struggled implementing our plugins with X Theme. We’ve had some users who say it definitely does work and some users who have said the opposite.
I believe it might be that some X Theme “skins” work and some don’t, but I’m not certain.
Anyway, thanks for letting me know your issue is resolved.
Have a great rest of your week.
Cliff
MemberThanks for your feedback, too, Neil.
I have shared both yours and André’s with management.
Ronald, please open a new thread if you need further assistance with this or another topic.
Neil, please open a new thread if you have specific feedback regarding Event Aggregator being a long way off from working properly. We definitely want to squash any bugs ASAP.
Thanks!
