The event information display and order system everything is working fine. After purchasing a ticket, the user receiving woocommerce order confirmation email.
But in the email it doesn’t show any ticket information like event time, date, venue and contact information used while creating the ticket
So let us know how to fix it?

MemberHi Ganga.
Sorry you’re experiencing this. Since this isn’t something we’re able to replicate, I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out. If you still need assistance, please provide links, annotated screenshots (e.g. of the emails that ARE being sent), and/or a video screen capture to demonstrate the issue for me.
Thanks.

MemberGanga, when a customer checks out with ET+ using WooCommerce, the WooCommerce order email gets sent AND the ticket email from /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/views/tickets/email.php gets sent.
If this isn’t what you’re experiencing, I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps, which I provided above.

ParticipantHi clif, thanks for the update
can you please look at the following screenshot and suggest me if this is happening because of this??

MemberYes, that looks the same for me. If you click that “Tickets” email’s settings icon on the far right, this is what you should see: https://cl.ly/122U3u2Y3u1H
Since you’re using WooCommerce, you’ll need to “Complete” each order for the tickets email to be sent out (a separate email from the order confirmation email).
You might be interested in this KB article: Mark orders complete automatically in WooCommerce
If completing the WooCommerce order doesn’t send out Event Tickets Plus’ tickets email (with the QR code in it), I’d suggest following the troubleshooting steps above and then testing emails by buying tickets, even if you just create a $0 (free) WooCommerce ticket.
Please let me know how it goes for you.

ParticipantHi Cliff, Thanks for the support.
Yes, i have marketed it as “complete” so woocommerce sent the tickets information.
Ok can you please let me know how to customize this tickets information email?
Is there any short codes to display information in email?
Once again thanks for your support
Regards

MemberHi.
The ticket email comes from this file: /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/views/tickets/email.php
Please reference our Themer’s Guide if you want to customize that file’s output other than using its action/filter hooks.
There are no shortcodes, but you could create your own.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

ParticipantHi Clif,
We have received the event information once in the beginning. Later we never received the event information after event purchase.
We have selected the option to inform woocommerce that sale has completed.
We have updated all the tickets and calendar plugin as well.
can you please let us know are we missing anything?
Regards

MemberGanga / Venkat,
Our tickets get sent via wp_mail() or WooCommerce’s email code. Therefore, if your tickets are being delivered inconsistently, you might need to install an SMTP plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=smtp (none are supported or guaranteed by us)
To be clear, this isn’t an issue specific to our plugin; email deliverability is an issue at the WordPress-level of your site or possibly even at the domain-level or IP address (if associated with SPAM, accurately or not).
Please let us know if you find out what solution worked for you.
Thanks!

MemberI’m sorry to hear that, but we cannot provide support for any SMTP or hosting issues like you described. You should try a different SMTP plugin or contact GoDaddy for further support on this issue.
