MemberHi Jill.
Your subject line says “shortcode” but your message and screenshots are for “widget”… for which there is a known bug.
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

MemberHi Cory.
Here’s a video I made of the issue: https://cl.ly/3f1d2C1R3K0O
I hope it helps you figure out how to move forward with your site’s customizations.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

MemberHi Diane.
I’m assuming your slider is a widget or a shortcode… in which case, you could use this Events Widget Areas plugin.
Please let me know how it goes for you.

MemberHi Math.
Could you please share your Community Events form link so I can see for myself?
And could you please provide me a quick video screen capture so I know exactly where you’re seeing this?
Thank you.

MemberHi Bonnie.
Thanks for your purchase.
Our support landing page should help you find what you’re looking for in most cases.
To answer this question, specifically, you do NOT want to deactivate The Events Calendar (TEC) core/free plugin. You just want to download and install the TEC PRO add-on to your site. They run alongside each other, together.
Our New User Primer should be a great place for you to start.
I hope this helps. Let me know if there’s more I can do for you here.

MemberHi Rodrigo. Thanks for your question.
Whether you import via our free CSV Importer or any other method, you’d need to manually get the Venues’ geolocation information. (or integrate something yourself via custom coding)
I believe if you have any Venues without location data, you’ll see a notice in wp-admin to get it. Have you seen that notice before?

MemberHi Boris.
Thanks for sharing those details. Yes, it’s a known issue that should be resolved soon (weeks).

MemberHi Stephen.
Please reference our Moving RSVP and Ticket Forms KB article and let me know how it goes for you.
Cliff
MemberHi Martin.
- You can use the Map View that comes with The Events Calendar PRO. Here’s an example from our demo site: http://wpshindig.com/events/map/ — Is that sufficient?
- We’ve heard of users implementing https://snazzymaps.com/ but we don’t provide support for that and don’t have a KB article about it.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

MemberHi Christophe.
That’s not possible out of the box but could be accomplished with some heavy customization.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

MemberHi David.
Thanks for your detailed question.
Might they be hidden via CSS? Or do you have any theme overrides in place?
If you provide a link to an event on your site that has these tickets, I’d be able to look into the page’s source for you to dig a little deeper.

MemberHi Michaela.
I saw you included your System Information Report (which I removed since it was not in a Private Reply — which cannot be done in the Translations forum in which you originally posted).
We have this information regarding translations:
- Translating the premium plugins
- Translating The Events Calendar (free/core plugin)
- How to Override Plugin Language Files (custom language files on your own site)
Please let me know if you need any further assistance.
October 31, 2016 at 2:11 pm in reply to: Date Pickers Not appearing/Event date isn't posting #1185476Cliff
MemberHi, Drew. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I visited your link and noticed the issue you’re reporting, but I didn’t see any console errors at your site to make a quick suggestion as to a plugin or theme conflict. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Therefore, I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
October 31, 2016 at 2:00 pm in reply to: Community event add page logout redirects to wp-login.php?loggedout=true #1185466Cliff
MemberHi Thomas.
Thanks for your detailed question.
Community Events’ logout button runs wp_logout_url() in /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar-community-events/src/Tribe/Main.php, which is used at /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar-community-events/src/functions/template-tags.php
Since wp_logout_url() is used, I’d guess your Profile Builder should be catching/intercepting this. You might send a copy of our Community Events add-on to them to be able to dig deeper here for you.
