MemberRodrigo, I verified that when you import a CSV file to import Venues, the geolocation lookup should happen. If you’re using our CSV Import functionality, your Venue addresses should already have lat/long data and therefore you wouldn’t see the notice like “some Venues are missing geolocation data, click here to obtain it.”
Does this clear things up at all? Did you try this and experience something different (like Venues not getting lat/long assigned)? If so, please provide me a copy of what you’re importing as Venues via our CSV Import functionality.
Thanks.

MemberMuriel, I updated the code snippet. Please view the latest version and let me know if it’s working well for you now.

MemberNeil, please create your own separate thread and include this information. Additionally, please include screenshots of your wp-admin area to see how many imports you have running and whether the Facebook connection is active.
Brandon, we’ll continue helping you here since you created this thread. Would you please provide the same additional information I asked Neil for?
Go to wp-admin > Events > Help > bottom of the screen to see details about Event Aggregator and Facebook connection.
Thanks to you both.

MemberHi Patrick.
Do you know which users’ accounts are creating the spam events? If yes, do you know how/why they’re doing it?
There’s a ‘tribe_community_events_show_captcha’ filter that you can force reCAPTCHA to always show true.
Here it is:

Let me know how it goes for you.

MemberHi Corey. Thanks for your interest in our products.
The Events Calendar (TEC) is the free/core plugin to run events. It doesn’t have any integration or conflicts with http://wp-events-plugin.com/ that I’m aware of, but it’s typically not advisable to run 2 calendar plugins on the same site.
…Or you might be interested in running Events Manager (not our plugin) along with Event Tickets (ET), our free/core plugin to handle RSVPs, which has a paid add-on called Event Tickets Plus (ET+). I haven’t tested if ET and ET+ work seamlessly with the Events Manager plugin, but it is designed to be able to work for our events calendar plugin and others’.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi F.
Could you please be more specific about what issues you’re experiencing using Event Aggregator over HTTPS?
You can share annotated screenshots or video screen capture with us by uploading to a free service and sharing a link. Several good options include:
- Dropbox (how-to)
- CloudApp (how-to)
- Jing (easy annotations)
- Flickr
- Google Drive
- or another one of your choice
You may choose to set your reply to “Private” if you don’t want the links to be as publicly-accessible.

MemberHi Hans.
Please reference our Relabeling the Venue & Organizer sections in event meta KB article and let me know if you need additional assistance with this question.
Note: it also links to this KB article, too.

MemberHi Allen.
Thanks for your question.
I’m not sure what demo you’re asking about, but please reference our How to Make Your Calendar Your Site’s Home Page KB article and let me know if you have follow-up questions.

MemberHi John.
If I understand you, you’re adding your own custom field that has “is_featured” as its meta_key.
And in the wp-admin editor for your Event, you change that custom field’s value to “yes” or “1” or something else and it always results in being set to “0” (number zero).
Is this correct? Did you test “yes” or something else besides “1”?

MemberInteresting. Is it happening for ALL views or only Photo View?
I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps:
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
