MemberHi Mor.
I don’t believe we have styling for RTL languages, but the text itself gets translated by the WordPress.org team.
We have this information regarding translations:
- Translating the premium plugins
- Translating The Events Calendar (free/core plugin)
- How to Override Plugin Language Files (custom language files on your own site)
- Customizing/Changing any bit of text (actual code snippet is at the very bottom)
Therefore, I’d suggest trying out the free/core plugin and seeing how that works for you before buying any upgrades:
And regarding J5, I’m guessing you’re asking about collecting money for tickets, which would require the Event Tickets Plus add-on.
Event Tickets Plus enables you to sell tickets via one of our supported eCommerce platforms. The free plugin only enables free RSVP-type tickets.
You can view our roundup/comparison of all the eCommerce plugins ET+ supports.
Our plugin uses your eCommerce plugin of choice, but your eCommerce plugin isn’t displayed for shopping pages. Please reference our Making Tickets KB article (screenshots are from an install using WooCommerce) for an idea how to create tickets for an event.
Site visitors would purchase tickets from each event’s single page/view (e.g. example.com/events/rogers-day-at-the-zoo/) — if there is an RSVP to submit or ticket to purchase. Therefore, your eCommerce plugin of choice (e.g. WooCommerce) would need to be the plugin supporting J5 (which I’m unfamiliar with).
The order confirmation email will include a QR code that can be scanned to “check in” someone at the door at the time of the event. You can read more at Tickets: Managing your orders and attendees.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi Adage.
I found that code here: https://github.com/moderntribe/the-events-calendar/blob/4.3.2/src/Tribe/Template/Day.php#L147
The tribe_get_event_label_plural_lowercase() function used there has a filter at https://github.com/moderntribe/the-events-calendar/blob/4.3.2/src/functions/template-tags/general.php#L91
It might work to filter that using these same 2 conditionals: https://github.com/moderntribe/the-events-calendar/blob/4.3.2/src/Tribe/Templates.php#L445
I hope this helps.

MemberDonna / Kate,
I tested if an event is in a sub-category but not also in the parent category, it does still show up for me using Filter Bar. Check if that’s your issue. If it is, it’s not a bug in our plugin.

MemberHi Morten.
It sounds like the way you’re doing it now matches the current code base. And I didn’t think it sounded hacky. 🙂
https://github.com/moderntribe/the-events-calendar/blob/4.3.2/src/Tribe/API.php#L43 doesn’t seem to take Organizer / Venue data into account so you doing it yourself sounds correct.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

MemberThat snippet includes this line:
jQuery( 'tr.tribe-tickets-meta-row' ).show();Which is for the RSVP tickets. You might need to tweak it for your site’s tickets, especially if using a ticket type other than RSVP (e.g. WooCommerce).
If you provide a link to one of your site’s Events with this happening, I may be able to customize it further for your use case (no promises). 😉

MemberYou’re welcome.
I’m unsure about that screenshot… maybe because your account doesn’t have any active/current licenses?
This is a public forum, not a private one. The Pre-Sales Forum doesn’t require an active account/login so maybe it requires the name and email fields for each reply regardless.

MemberThank you. I’ve passed your feedback along to management for our team to hopefully improve in the future.
November 15, 2016 at 3:27 pm in reply to: Created Tickets, I Can't See Them On The Front End of Event Where I Put Them. #1192775Cliff
MemberAmanda, thanks for all those details.
Could you please send me a screenshot of the ticket edit form on this event’s wp-admin editing screen, along with a link to this event on your site?
And is there someone else who can do a test of switching to the Twenty Sixteen theme to see if that solves the issue (which then tells us there’s something going on with your theme regarding displaying tickets)?

MemberThe issue with Venue permalinks getting “-2” added to the end has been resolved as of v4.3.1
Is that bug still happening for you?
If yes, that could be the cause for Venues not saving as assigned to an Event.
If the “-2” issue is no longer occurring for you and creating a new Venue still doesn’t assign it to the Event it was created in, please follow the troubleshooting steps outlined in my previous reply because this isn’t a bug we’re able to reproduce at this time.
Please let me know what you find out.

MemberBrandon,
You initially said
If you have a FB page with 100 previously imported events and 3 new ones you will never get the 3 imported because you reached your limit with the previous 100 showing as imports.
And your latest screenshot shows, “13 imports used of 100 available today”.
Would our new increased import pricing levels solve the issue?
If no, please clarify, re-stating the issue so we can know what to focus on, specifically.
Thank you.
